They sealed all the vents, chimney, skylights, and solar panel supports, as well as a few spots on the flat part of the roof that the recent solar panel installation crew had damaged. I'd asked that they also treat the roof of a small shed, which they did after Brian reseated and sealed staples that had come loose as the shingles dried out with age. He explained everything that needed to be done, and said they'd be back if we found any problems after the next rain. So far, so good! Definitely recommend Roof Maxx of Palmdale!
