Our roof looks great! Ed gave us super customer service and went beyond what I expected by replacing an entire ridgeline and cleaning out some gutters that I had trouble getting to. They painted all the metal vents and replaced many shingles that were damaged before coating the entire roof. Even under the solar panels. We had considered a new roof though much of it was still ok, and the removal of the solar was a large additional cost. Our roof now looks much rejuvinated and frankly better than it did 15 years ago.
Roof Maxx saved us many thousands of $$ and gives us peace of mind after all the storms we've had this year. I recommend them to everyone with a slightly aging roof.

After considering to go with recent offerings of going solar, upon my research on solar companies, I happened to catch Roof Maxx's TikTok ad video. I had thought to myself this is a product might be worth researching. The truth of the matter, not all solar companies specialize in roofing, so the prep work for getting the roof in shape prior the install is beneficial to the overall success of the project. I bought these guys in after their consultation, inspection of my roof, introduction of their services, a scheduled date, and breakdown in pricing.

They came in this past Saturday, Ken his crew of 2 (great guys), and managed to complete the prep work (resealing tiles, booted and painted all sewer stacks, patched all exposed nails and flashings, etc...) and sprayed the refresh oil compound over the roof. Everything was professionally handled. They made sure all items on street level was covered or out of the way of overspray. They finished and all under 2 hours (although they precautionary scheduled for 4 hours). The results looks fantastic. (See attached photos).

Overall, you can't lose with this service. A new alternative approach of revitalizing your roof without opting to replace a relatively nominal healthy roof --- for a fraction of the cost.

Great service and value. Ed did a comprehensive assessment of our roof and recommended the required repairs prior to Roof Maxx treatment. Ed and Pete came out to complete the repairs and then treated the roof. I would recommend having a chat with them before you decide to replace your existing asphalt roof.

Ed and Pete both came to my house and did free inspection and gave a reasonable quote. They went through every detail to explain what all will be fixed and which areas of my roof were damaged. Then they came back again and we went to my roof together before the spraying, they answered all my questions and I did another inspection after spraying and everything looked great. My roof got another 5 years of life and I am very happy with their service. Both are extremely courteous, reliable and knowledgeable. If you have an asphalt roof and you want to extend life rather than replacing the roof entirely. I highly recommend to hire these guys.
