So happy I engaged with Adam Curtin and RoofMaxx. I went on Yelp and put in my project (30 yr old tile roof developed multiple leaks). I got 7 companies offering estimates. RoofMaxx not only gave the best estimate, but they were the most professional and efficient with replacing the roof... AND their estimate process was unbelievably (to me) efficient as well. Some other companies brought 2-story ladders and actually cracked some tiles walking around up there taking measurements. Adam came over, got his drone out of his shiny Tesla, and in 15 min mapped out all sections and measurements for my roof (see one shot from my estimate doc below), and gave me a very professional itemized labor+materials estimate. Some companies told me they would start in the fall because it is way too hot this month here in Escondido to start now (unless I wanted to pay a 20% ""urgent job"" bonus). Adam's RoofMaxx crew started the morning after I approved the estimate, just with an approval signature and handshake (no down payment), and completed a complex clay-tile-roof replacement super efficiently and hauled away (no extra cost) and cleaned up all remaining dust and debris from the removed roof.

My charge was exactly what Adam's estimate was to the penny [whereas when I had a roof replaced when I lived in Scripps Ranch, the roofer stretched out the work for 3 weeks and ""upped the estimate"" two times claiming to find extra issues he didn't see in the initial estimate, and wouldn't start till I paid 10% down].

Highly satisfied with Adam and RoofMaxx (wish I could give 6 stars), from his 15-min ladderless thorough and accurate Estimate through his crew's very efficient (speedy but not hasty) expert work and cleanup.

First class service from start to finish. Martin was approachable, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. He explained the benefits of the product and let it sell itself. There was no overbearing sales pitch, just an honest approach, which left me with the confidence both in Martin, and the RoofMax product. If you have an aging shingle roof in North County that is in need of some attention, and you value honesty, quality workmanship, the environment and value for money, you need to talk to Martin.
