It's nice to know you can trust a business to do what they say they will do and not have to stand over their shoulder to make sure it's done right. I have hired Roof Masters on several occasions, not only for my personal residence, but also for a commercial property that I own out of town. I have always received professional service from Paul and his team and know that I am getting the best roof repairs possible from them. They will be the first company I call when it is time to install a new roof on my home. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future and recommend them to friends. Roof Masters is a name you can trust.

We've been having nothing but headache with Roof Masters. We had hail damage to our roof back in April, hired Paul, and installment happened in early July. Ever since then it's been a nightmare--little to no communication, constant lies and promises about following up, and a myriad of excuses to go with all. Silence for weeks upon weeks. All we wanted was transparency, and for a supplemental claim to be submitted for the gutters they removed (removed without being asked). We've been asking for five months now, and he missed the window we could submit the claim to our insurance. Beware hiring this company/Paul. Our neighborhood was hit hard recently, and all of our neighbors went with other companies and have had no problems.

My insurance company demanded that a lot of things get taken care of in a short period of time or they would drop us. I called Paul's based on his reviews on here and Google. He pulled off a major miracle in putting on a new roof and repairing different sections of the house. I would have probably be facing a LOT of trouble right now if he hadn't pulled this off. I kept telling him he was a wizard.. and it's true!!!

Paul was extremely helpful, and found our roof leak right away. He was very responsive and came out the same day, when I couldn't even get a call back from another company. A section of fascia board was rotting at the drip edge of my home. The plywood at the eaves there was also rotting. Water had been getting through some incorrectly laid shingles. The wood needed to be replaced and the area re-shingled. Of the roofers I found on Yelp, I had a hard time getting someone to come out and commit to do the work. One did come out and gave me an estimate that seemed too high. Finally I contacted Roof Masters. The owner came by; he seemed very knowledgeable and straightforward, very professional. His estimate came in $500 under the other one. I went with him and I'm glad I did. The men that did the work have been with the company for years. They knew what they were doing. They found an additional problem and addressed it. They were careful, methodical, and engaging to talk to. These guys obviously enjoy their work. They left it ready for me to do a quick paint job on, and now it looks great. I'm confident the repair will last for years.

On short notice, Paul from Roof Masters was great on scheduling the initial assessment. He provided an estimate and delivered on the estimate. He was efficient: he was respectful in wearing a mask in my house, he procured the parts and made the repair a few days later.

We had a number of shingles pull up due to wind damage (likely a builder install issue). I went through several quotes, and finally found Paul at Roof Masters on a recent Friday. Paul came out that same weekend (showed up right when he said he would) to evaluate the issue, provided a quote and was willing to come out as early as that same Monday for the repair.

So far I am very happy with the work performed and with my interactions with Paul.

Paul repaired my roof summer 2018 after storms. i'm glad I saved his number because I had some more shingles blow off with the strong winds last week. Called this afternoon and he showed up within 30 minutes . He was able to fix it on the spot! Great customer service!
