Called Roof Masters to set up an appointment for an estimate to fix weather damaged roof shingles. The lady on the phone took down my information and said she'd have someone call me to make an appointment. To my surprise I recieved a call back from Paul, the owner, only a short time later. Paul was able to meet me and do the estimate the same day. After looking over the roof he gave me an extremely reasonable estimate and said he could do the repair the SAME DAY! Which was amazing, especially since bad weather was on its way. This was my third estimate and at a much lower price, how could I say no? I can't speak about anyone else at Roof Masters as I only dealt with Paul, but as the owner I can only expect his team is just as professional and as him. I would highly recommend Roof Masters for anyone needing roof repairs.

Paul was awesome to work with. We had a plumber push a vent seal up while replacing a water heater and then say they wouldn't re-seal it for us, and to call a roofer. Paul was willing to come out the very next day, his price was reasonable, and he showed up when he said he would.

While he was sealing that vent he found several others on our roof that needed extra sealant, and took care of those as well. He took before/after pictures to show his work, and also did some basic roof inspection and showed us a few other places with some minor damage. He wasn't trying to scare us into more work, just informing us of the condition as he saw it.

He's earned our future business and we'll plan to have him back to fix that damage as well. Thanks Paul!

Love Paul and his wife - he was prompt, courtesy, and these days it's hard to find someone customer service oriented. I moved 100+ miles away and he was closely I touch with me. He was expertly versed with roofing and the insurance claim process to educate me on a few things that made me decide he was the best choice for the job. His team worked quick and knocked it out of the park. If I had any questions he was very helpful through the process.

Mom had a hole in the roof of her house due to the Noah's Ark worth of rain we've had (grr), causing a leak into an extra bedroom. Had to unexpectedly deal with insurance and a contractor. Roof Masters came from a word of mouth recommendation, and Paul came out and gave an estimate for the work, agreeing with the adjuster. He communicated with mom every step of the way, and his workers did a great job on the repair. He came highly recommended and we (me and mom) would recommend him as well.

In one of the recent storms our roofs gave in.We had a lot of water damage(roof replacement,flooring replacement) and patching up ceiling.
Paul worked with us and the insurance company to ensure that the job was completed to our satisfaction.He also helped us make decisions where we ended up saving money. Based on this experience,we hired Paul and his crew for another job pertaining to ceiling damage due to a freon leak in our AC system.I would recommend them without a problem.
