Love Paul and his wife - he was prompt, courtesy, and these days it's hard to find someone customer service oriented. I moved 100+ miles away and he was closely I touch with me. He was expertly versed with roofing and the insurance claim process to educate me on a few things that made me decide he was the best choice for the job. All the work was as quoted with attention to quality and detail. Again did I mention he was easy to reach either email, by or text unless he was on a roof! Thanks Paul!

Mom had a hole in the roof of her house due to the Noah's Ark worth of rain we've had (grr), causing a leak into an extra bedroom. Had to unexpectedly deal with insurance and a contractor. Roof Masters came from a word of mouth recommendation, and Paul came out and gave an estimate for the work, agreeing with the adjuster. He communicated with mom every step of the way, and his workers did a great job on the repair. He came highly recommended and we (me and mom) would recommend him as well.

In one of the recent storms our roofs gave in.We had a lot of water damage(roof replacement,flooring replacement) and patching up ceiling.
Paul worked with us and the insurance company to ensure that the job was completed to our satisfaction.He also helped us make decisions where we ended up saving money. I had what I thought was a roof leak at a rental property. Based on several great reviews I contacted Paul at Roofmasters and he came out to my house within a few hours for a complete roof inspection. He found a couple minor issues on the roof and fixed them but also went above and beyond and did an inspection of my attic and found the source of the leak to be my A/C unit. He made some recommendations, thanked me for contacting him and told me it was no charge! I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Paul went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this company!

So with the rain today I fired up Yelp and looked for a good roof repair place and asked for quote from Roofmasters.

Paul came the same day which is lucky because it did rain today. He then went up on my roof, showed me the issues and answered all of my questions. Because my issue was a quick fix he was able to address it today. Which is lucky but not assumed.

Paul is super knowledgeable about roofs, their installations and repair and helping you understand the current state of your roof.

When you hear dripping, call Paul and get it fixed.

Very happy with my experience. Got a few quotes to patch about 10-12 missing shingles and do a general health checkup of my roof. Roofmasters came in with a quote that was almost half of the highest quote. Now cheapest isn't always best, but I was happy with the timeliness and throroughness of the work, and the followup by the roof inspector. Would recommend them to anyone.
