We had a leak in the roof that was 'fixed' by another contractor. When it started leaking again in the same place I decided to look on yelp and picked Roof-life based on the reviews. Tom came by and inspected the roof, found the source of the leak and even put a tarp on it to prevent further leaking till he came back with his crew to fix it. Tom and his team are very
professional. They explained the source of the problem and what they were going to do to address it and did a thorough job.It has been several months and even with the heavy rains the fix is holding up pretty well.

Recently there was a leak in another part of the roof. This time I did not hesitate to reach out to Tom again. He was prompt in responding and scheduling a time to come to look at the issue. He arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the issue again and fix it.

I highly recommend Tom and his team. Very happy with the work done by Roof-Life.

About 18 months ago I had a leaking skylight, over the garage fortunately. Even though it was a busy time for roofers, Tom was very responsive and came by within a day or two to patch up the seal around the skylight at a very fair and reasonable price. I found Tom to be quite knowledgeable and easy to work with. He stands behind his work 100%. Just recently, the skylight started leaking again and Tom promptly came back to patch it up again. I definitely would recommend him to anyone needing a new roof or just a repair and will definitely contact him when we need a new roof in a few years.

I had a window leak that no one was able to fix. It only happened in a wind-driven rain. Two contractors took a quick look and told me to caulk around the frame. It didn't fix anything. I then called Tom, who stopped by the house the next day. After determining the leak wasn't coming from the roof, he sprayed the surrounding frame with a hose and discovered the leak was coming from a gap in the flashing above the window. After Tom fixed the flashing, there has been no leak. I am very satisfied with the work - and would highly recommend to anyone.

Set up an appointment with Tom last week to look at a roof leak repair. He called me to say he was on his way in 30 minutes but never showed up or called back and I am writing this message a week later.

I could not get a call-back after leaving my information with what appeared to be an answering service. Had to look for another company while the roof leaked during a recent downpour.

My business gets swamped too, so I get it, but a call-back is standard courtesy and I write this review a good 3 days later.

I had a pretty standard job (re-roof a one-story ranch and add two sun tunnels). Tom is a great guy and provided a very competitive bid with no pushiness to up-sell me. I ended up going with the top of the line shingles and the quality of the work his guys did is top notch. I've already gotten several compliments about the roof. I highly recommend.

Tom provides excellent customer service. We noticed a leak late on a Saturday. I saw in earlier Yelp reviews that Tom responds very quickly so I left a message. I figured i would get a call back Monday. He sent me a text by 9pm on Saturday night and we scheduled time for him to come inspect it on Sunday morning. Tom arrived right on time and provided a very fair estimate. After the rain stopped and it dried, he came back and completed the repair. Tom also called back after the next rain to check in an confirmed the leak was stopped.

I found Roof-Life online when we were in an urgent situation with a roof leak during week-long rain storm. Tom (owner) and his team saved us!
This company is top notch. They answered the phone... And came over quickly. And most importantly - they did exactly want they said they would do. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job just as planned. Tom is a pleasure to work with and is definitely honest and trustworthy. He showed me pictures before the job and after they were done. I feel so much better knowing that my roof is in good shape.
Right after they finished the repairs, we had a huge rain and we are dry! Such a relief.

Tom came first thing in the morning when I called him to come over to tarp our roof that was hit by a tree. He inspected the roof and tarped it quickly and gave a detailed explanation about what needed to be fixed. He even took photos for us. He was very courteous and professional. Thanks Tom!
