I've been working with Tom/Roof-Life Construction for 3 years now. Tom helped my husband and I replace our leaky roof and quickly solve our problem before the rain made things worse. He helped answer any questions we had and got the work done quickly and professional. Now, he helps maintains my gutters! Tom sends his people out and gets 2 carehomes and my personal home all cleaned up in one day! I even saw one of his guys wiping down my house - Thats Service!!!! Tom helped me in inspecting a minor roof leak I had. He inspected my roof and also walked me through the roof !. He then suggested me how I can get this fixed myself as a DIY project. Tom was very quick to answer my call and to come out to my home to look at a leak we have. We have had 2 other well known roofing companies come out over the last year and a half, charge us to fix something, and when the rain comes back, so does the leak.
Tom came out, thoroughly inspected the roof and area of concern, made a recommendation to correct the faulty design of where water run off drains to and made the repairs the same day. I tried to pay him for his service but he insists that he wants to monitor it when it rains, make sure the problem is corrected and once we are sure, we can take care of the payment. Who does that anymore? Companies are so quick to get paid, and a lot of times they get paid for a service that wasn't done right.
Thank you Tom for showing your customers that you really do stand behind your work!

So with the recent rain, we had 3 big leaks pop up in our house. (The roofing guy we had worked with forever had retired and this was the first time in a while that I've had to use someone else) Within a day of calling, Tom was on it and able to take care of our roof repairs within an hour of giving me a very reasonable bid. He also was able to take a look at the current condition of our roof and was honest in not telling me we needed a whole new roof etc. (I've had roofers in the past try to use a few repairs to justify the need for a total replacement) I appreciate the honesty and timeliness of their work and more than happy that the leaks have stopped! I will definitely use them in the future for our roofing needs.

Tim Rhoads with Roof-Life Construction did an excellent job on our extensive roof repair and gutter replacements. Work was done quickly, the gutters look great, and the leaks are gone. He knows his stuff, and didn't try to up sell us on anything. He even helped my neighbor with a minor repair and charged her nothing.

I got a leak in my roof and found Roof-Life via Yelp. As everyone else is also having roof leaks during the rainy season, all the highly reviewed roofing contractors were quite busy and many did not respond to request or declined the quote request. I contacted Roof-Life in Yelp to request a quote. Tom got back to me quickly and agreed to come out. He communicated well and was on time for the appointment. He was knowledgeable and very patient to explain the issues and made the repair. I would recommend Roof-Life if you need someone to take care of your roof.

It's with great pleasure I'm writing this review. My roof is beautifully done... Wow!!! I am so happy...if I could give more than a 5 star rating I would for their professionalism, customer service, workmanship, and integrity. Tom is absolutely fantastic to work with; he is quite courteous and always responds to my inquiries promptly. He is never too hurried to explain the roofing process to me. Tom's team is pretty awesome as well - they all have done an excellent job installing a whole new roof giving me the roof I can now boast about.

There were so many things going on with my roof besides the leak issues I was experiencing. I had issues with my gutters and I even had Carpenter Bees actively working on the under hangs, soffits and fascia, which were replaced as the damage was well beyond cosmetic treatments. The task was daunting, but what Tom and his team had accomplished was nothing short of extraordinary.

I highly recommend Roof-Life Construction to anyone needing any kind of roof work done. Seriously!!!
