Over the holiday season, a stain appeared on our ceiling that became worrisome. After reading the reviews for Roof Leak Hunters we reached out on 12/29. They came out to inspect in the am on 12/30. Today, January 2nd the crew was at my door at 8:30 ready to fix the problem. All this was well coordinated and communicated through Carlos's texts. I'll recommend RLH to family and friends.

We recently had a major water crisis in our home after extremely heavy downpours. Water was running down the inside of our bedroom wall. Our roof is less than three years old and was installed by the previous owner and we never expected to be running into roofing issues or a leaky roof at this point.

The insurance company was basically of no help, sending out a remediation team that wouldn't even open up the ceiling to find where the leak was. They were saying it wasn't necessary as water was only ""pooling at the bottom"".

Best choice we made was to contact Carlos. Carlos was very friendly and knowledgeable and came out quickly to assess the situation. He fixed the roof leak but unfortunately it wasn't enough the first time around as the issue was very complex and almost impossible to detect. He came back on a Friday night during the rain and helped open the ceiling and spend hours determining where the leak was. It was in a different area than initially thought and had to do with how the flashing was installed and covered up by the previous roofer. It was incredibly hard to diagnose and the roof would only leak if water hit it from a specific angle. Carlos did countless water tests. He even wanted to give us the money back which we declined. I have done many construction projects over the years and have never encountered such an honest contractor before who is so true to his word.

Carlos ended up coming back several times with his crew and fully fixed the roof leak - never charging us more.

I'm 100 percent convinced that if anyone else besides Carlos had done the work, including the insurance contractors, we'd still have a leak in the roof and potential mold growing.

Thank you Carlos! It just rained really hard again last night and no more leaks!!
