i was so disappointed about the customer service. office lady Patty?. A gentlemen came to inspect a water leakage of the roof on Feb.9 12:30 pm. He told me that send a proposal or estimate invoice after he left ASAP. My wife called 3 times to get it. But Patty still didn't send it and she said they are too busy repeatedly. I have a business also, but I never experienced a kind of bad customer service.

This review is not for their work as I have not yet used them, but it is for their customer service. After my horrible experience with the woman who cancelled our appointment, the owner Brian called me to discuss the issue. He was very apologetic and I believed him when he said that is not the way they do business. He then offered to personally come out to inspect our roof when/if we decide to move forward with the repairs. I am impressed with the way Brian handled the situation and I would definitely give them another chance.

Brian came out the day after Christmas. Inspected the roof and gave me a thorough run down of the repairs needed. On Monday he sent a team of guys to fix locate and fix the leak. Other roofers said they wouldn't even be able to come for an estimate for 3 weeks. Absolute consume professional who genuinely cares for his customers. The outlier vice the norm in comparison to most companies.

We have a 3600 sqft flat roof we got a quote over a year ago for a new roof but could not afford it. After suffering from some leaks and problems installing a roof drain with another contractor I decided we needed to get the roof done right away.

Brian was great, he even remembered who we were and was able to fit us on the schedule. Roof King wasn't the cheapest quote and was more towards the higher end of quotes, but Brain seemed fair and honest and told you how it was.

We had a small roof repair job (replacing some broken concrete field tiles) to do and could not be happier with the results. They (Gadiel) came out gave an estimate and scheduled the work with no glitches and no drama. The workman (Wil) showed up on time, was courteous and efficient, cleaning up diligently as well.
You cannot ask for more. It is so very refreshing to deal with a responsible and conscientious firm! Would not hesitate to call on them again.
Were that all companies were like Roof King! Good people!

Roof King just finished re-roofing my home and did an amazing job. The crew cleaned up every day, came out on a Sunday to tarp because of rain forecasted, and worked quickly. Brian was clear on the cost and the amount of time needed and was spot on. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their roof fixed right. Great people to deal with.

Roof King did an awesome roof replacement at my home. Brian, the owner was a pleasure to work with. He was fair and honest. He was upfront about possible additional charges in case there was wood rot. Sure enough, there was wood rot and most of the additional cost was absorbed by the discount he gave me. These guys worked fast! They gave me an estimated start time, but they had an early opening and came sooner than expected. They told me their estimated completion date and then finished sooner. After the work was done and having a few rain storms, I have no leaks so I am very satisfied! After numerous estimates, I am glad I chose Roof King. They are honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

Had the guys from roof king out to do a repair on our tile roof, that started to leak this last few times that it rained this year. First they got right back to us and came out to set up a bid for the work. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but we liked the Yelp reviews and they were right. The roof king guys showed up and got right to work on the repair, they were done and cleaned up in about 3 hours, they also took a look at some loose tiles on the other side of the house that they than fixed as well. The only bad thing is that they were about 2 hours late to show up, we had to call a few times and than the owner Brain call to say that he was sorry for his guys being late, and that he would fix it on the bill, which he did, by taking $58.00 off the bill, Thanks Brain. All in all a very good experiance, and would have them back if needed again.
