Fantastic customer service!! I live in an apartment where they are replacing the roof so I can't speak to the cost or actual work, though it appears to be very good. However their customer service is wonderful. Some concrete accidentally fell breaking my glass patio table. Someone from the crew immediately knocked on my door to apologize and they quickly cleaned everything up. I received a call the same day from the office advising they would replace the table - they ended up sending me a check and I have ordered my replacement table already. Wonderful service!! And each day if the crew drops anything on our patios, they come and clean it up - very polite and professional. Great company with awesome customer service.

Roof King is simply the best !!!
Had them re-roof my home. On time, excellent work, clean.
Six months later they came back and repaired after removing a HVAC unit and above roof venting. I had the vents and ac unit removed from the roof, called Brian and he sent a crew to repair very next day !!!
Want it done right at a reasonable fee call Brian.
Love these guys with a special shout out to Eric !!!

Brian was very prompt in coming out to give a bid. Price was fair. I liked his suggestion of using a poly sheeting in addition to the usual tar paper.

His crew was very difficult to communicate as their English was very poor. They made a mess of the tear down. My neighbor ended up with a flat tire from a nail. I picked up quite a few throughout my yard. The crew dripped paint on my driveway and just let the broken roofing fly all over. Fortunately, I had extended our awning over the sun window or they would have broken it. As it was they tore the awing. Brian did offer to pay for it but the awning company was good enough to give me a replacement. Brian was going to have one of his crew help me with the re-installation but they were a no-show. Brian paid me for the missed labor.

A couple of neighbors used Great Western and told me they did a very good job. I got a chance to speak to the owner in person and was impressed. Unfortunately they were booked for weeks.

ROOF KINGS IS THE BEST!!!! They are the best priced and very affordable. There employees show up on time, start exactly on time, take lunch on time, are back to work on the minute and pick up and end on time as well. They work very well together and work fast. I will recommend this company to everyone and anyone needing roof work!

Our community hired Roof King a few yrs. ago and during a job we paid them 23k; they did not pay the supplier so the supplier came after us and RK filed BK and we ended up paying for a roof twice!!! Since RK is doing so well, how about repaying us for the monies taken?

Our leak happened during the heavy rain. Like everyone else, we needed our work done immediately. It took a few weeks before we fit into Roof Kings schedule, but Brian worked with us and kept us updated on a date of availability. Crew was professional, respectful, and on time! Did a great job cleaning up each day! Would highly recommend. Great pricing. Contract well written.

Had an appointment between 8:00-8:30AM to have a vent cap put on my roof (to correct their error). By 9:40AM no one had shown up or called. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional customer service. If I could, I would hire a different company. However, my HOA has a contract with Roof King so no option for me. Not happy.

I waited 2 weeks for my appointment and RC came out for an inspection. However, never got a quote after he came out. I called the office and they said he would get back to me and still haven't heard from him after two weeks. Why waste my time and their time if they are not interested in a small repair job. But I have to say this is the only company with someone always answring the phone that's why the two stars.

I was happy to see that Brian had such great reviews, but unfortunately I am unable to get an inspection for another 3 1/2 to 4 weeks...if I could a quote I sure I would be able to rate much higher.

I wish I could rate Roof King as a 10 as this is an excellent company! I called a few roofing companies as we had a leak in our home due to the rains but I just didn't feel comfortable with what I was hearing. My son found Roof King and told me to call them. I spoke with Brian who was very informative regarding all of the different underlayments and very professional so I felt that this was the right company for us. He sent a quote soon after talking with me. Then his Project Manager came the next day to out to look at our roof and gave us a start day of two days later. I was ecstatic when he called me back later to let me know that the crew would be here the next day! Gadiel is a fantastic manager! The crew was very experienced and precise plus they completed our entire roof before the next round of rain. I would highly Roof King to anyone who needs their roof repaired.
