Brian, Great job. The guys did a wonderful job, they were polite and on time and most of all professional from start to finish. After three layers or roofing materials were taken off the roof you could not tell on the ground at the end of the day. The surrounding area of the house was clean. Your estimate for what needed to be done and how long the job would take was right on the money.

Absolutely no complaints! Brian and his team were prompt, polite, and thorough. Upon initial inspection for some roof damage Brian was very honest in telling me that the damage was minor and cosmetic at most and no repair was necessary. I appreciate the honesty and when (hopefully not soon!) the time comes for me to require roofing services, I assure you, I'll be calling the Roof King.

A very fortunate meeting on a flight back from Sacramento introduced me to Brian Duggan and his company. Thank you, Brian, for taking on a roof job outside of your regular San Diego region!! The Roof King materials crew arrived Monday morning with the roofers not far behind. All work was completed and left looking BETTER than when they arrived, completely finished by Thursday afternoon. They completed this small job in Hemet, CA with the same high degree of professionalism and commitment to excellence in their work as they have done for their larger, commercial contracts. My almost-flat roof it is now covered with a TPO membrane - completely sealed from roof edge to roof edge. Not only did they complete the job as specified, they were able to replace the Mexican tile that line the edge of my roof (to give it its 'early California' look) without compromising the membrane. Roof King has done work for our HOA. At a recent Board Meeting, the account representative of our HOA management company noted her entire office is highly impressed with the professionalism of Roof King. This is a management company who represents thousands of properties in the area. She also mentioned she deals with numerous contractors on a regular basis, and Brian of Roof King stands out as one of the best to work with. She went on to say everyone who works with him is continually impressed by his attention to detail, clean up, time management, and overall satisfaction of a given job. This was a comment made at a board meeting just a month ago. Management companies deal with contractors daily, and she holds Roof King as a standout as a contractor, along with the work crew, quality, and integrity of the company and her experience across the board. We have continual difficulties with various contractors. It is such a pleasure as a Board Member to deal with an efficient company on an ongoing basis. You will be entirely satisfied with any roofing needs.

Great company - I needed a minor repair job for my roof as well as a general inspection, so I called Roof King. The guy was able to come out within a few days for the quote. He gave the roof a thorough inspection and gave me a reasonable quote for the repair. As luck would have it, I had enough spare roof tiles so since he was already there he said he could do the repair right then instead of coming back (yay!) He did a great job and was very nice. I would definitely use them again!

I called Roof King after a recent rainstorm revealed a leak. Brian came out within 30 minutes of my call to evaluate the problem. He was willing to do a repair, but recommended a replacement of the roof (20+ years old). I put my trust in his expertise. Two days later his crew began work. Juan and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were fast, efficient, and had great attention to detail. They know what they're doing and they do it well. From start to finish, this was as painless as getting a new roof can be. The finished product looks outstanding! And I know that if there are any problems (and I don't expect there will be) with the roof in the future, Brian and his crew will take care of it. I'll be recommending Roof King to my friends without hesitation.

As a former Board member who had worked with Brian putting together an almost million dollar project with our HOA I can say that as far as professionalism and integrity goes he's as good as it gets.

I have not experienced better customer service or professionalism from any contractor at any level. I know that sounds like a lot, and it is. Bottom line: Look no further. He's your man.
