Very professional and courteous work crew. Started the job the time they scheduled, and finished in one long day. Very pleased with Roof It Right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a roof replacement!

I called roof it right to get our roof fixed and they booked me out a week. When thier appointment time came no one showed up or called to let me know why. I then called them to see what happened and they told me the guy that was supposed to come look at our roof called in sick. They then told me that they were going to check and see if someone else could come and call me back. I waited and waited and got no call....I even fell asleep while waiting for them to call back. Eventually the other guy did call but his phone ID name is ...NAME! Really a great ID for a business. So my husband did not pick up the phone. The NAME guy also said he texted us but we are elderly and my husband doesn't know how to text so he did not see it until I finally woke up. Now they cannot come out for another week. This company was recommended by someone in my neighborhood who just had a roof replaced but I can tell you they will not enjoy hearing how they have treated us after they recommended them. I have told them not to recommend this company anymore bc this is not how people do business. They are not dependable. If you really want roof work done in a timely professional manner it would be in your best interest to call another company. Don't waste your time with roof it right.

Came to my house like he was on his 10th cup of coffee. Tried selling me a roof with the energy of the sham wow guy on TV. I was very reluctant to buy from them because he was too good of a salesman. But when I looked up reviews they actually had some decent reviews so I was looking forward to when he would be back that following Monday or Tuesday seeing they won't send you a quote versus email.
More of kind of pushing it on you. Ironically he never came back. I couldn't believe it he blew a sale. I got it done with somebody else. Very odd. Hope he's ok because I can't believe this guy came down with such an intent to sell me a roof and then just disappeared.

Used for a roof repair job. John was very quick to come out and give me a fair quote. Better than I expected. They had a crew on the job within a week and were down within a couple hours. Very courteous and professional as well. They even trimmed some limbs hanging over the roof before they left. This is the second time I've used this company and I highly recommend them for any roofing work.
