Best Customer Service Experience! Our neighborhood was hit with high winds this week and a lot of roofs were damaged. I met Dylan as I was driving by and asked him if he would take a look at our roof. He looked at our roof within a few hours and the repairs were done within a day. I would highly recommend Roof It Pros!

We noticed that our roof had apparently had a leak from one of the vents and at 20+ years old, the whole roof needed to be replaced and not just the soft spot. Contacted insurance and they did their thing and had us find a roofer to get the work done. We had several companies come out and give us pricing, but Roof It Pros was different and went the extra mile. He found some issues that needed to be resolved that the insurance adjuster didn't catch. He even did some additional calculations and showed us that we did not have proper ventilation, which was causing all the summer heat to just stay in the attic. He then took charge and got it all squared away so that we could get everything done that was needed and make sure insurance covered it.

The roof came out looking amazing! The guys were very nice and also very quick. Along with that, we also decided to go to a couple of solar vents which made an incredible difference. I love that they don't draw any power, they are very quiet, and have dropped the temperature in my attic by roughly 25 degrees! The next day after it was all done, we noticed that the A/C didn't come on near as often. A great perk in this Texas heat.
