Mike L.not a completely thorough review because I chose not to do business with them... or I should say they chose not to deliver with regards to communication during the discovery phase. I was turned down for financing and I'm guessing they then assumed it wasn't worth talking to me. They never actually met with me to discuss my budget or whether I could actually pay in full (I can). I never met anyone and they had a quote ready. how does that happen?
I was prequalifying them because I think it's important to see their service model in action before buying...not after when God forbid, I have a problem with their work.
I think several weeks is long enough to determine they were done with me.
companies better wake up! We live in a transparent world.
