Juan was great! His quote wasn't the cheapest but he was the most thorough in his inspection of things that needed to be addressed. I had dry rot over my porch caused by KB Homes poor quality workmanship. He repaired the dry rot and cleaned and repaired the issue in all the valleys so I won't have that problem anywhere else. Juan is extremely polite and friendly!

We called Roof Improve because they specialize in tile roof repairs, after we noticed small leak in bedroom after our recent rain and wind storm.

I called on Tuesday and left a message and he telephoned me right back and made an appointment to come and evaluate our leak the next day. He gave us an appointment window of 9-11 and was right on time. He evaluated it and said he was able to repair the roof the same day.

I would highly recommend Juan and his company for their response, service and repairs. He guarantees his roof repair for 2.5 years which is longer than anyone else.

Juan at Roof Improve did an outstanding job of trouble shooting my tile roof problems and coming up with solutions that were reasonably priced and quickly completing the job. Work involved dry rot fascia replacement and repair of under tile problem area as well as cleaning and correcting all seven valley areas and lastly removing all moss buildup.

They did a very nice job fixing my roof which had a leak and caused some water stains in the ceiling. Juan came out, got on the roof, took pictures of all the problem areas and sent an estimate. Once I had a chance to review and approve the repair we scheduled. During the repair they took pictures of them replacing the felt/ tar paper under the roof tiles and also checked the sheeting boards to make sure they didn't need to be replaced. Once the repair was completed the also took pictures of the repairs they did so we could see exactly what they did since I didn't want to climb on the roof to see for my self. I feel very fortunate to have connected with Juan at Roof Improve! In early December, I was having a hard time finding a trustworthy company to make some repairs to my leaky tile roof and solve an issue I was having with a blocked dryer vent. I called a number of roofing companies with no success. Several times I simply never received a call back after leaving a message. Several times I was told I was outside the company's service area (not true based on their Yelp page -- I think they just didn't want to deal with what they considered a small job). One company did come by, did a very casual roof inspection, then quoted an exorbitant cost for very little work. My neighbor heard how much trouble I was having finding someone and suggested I call Juan, who had repaired his roof earlier in the year. I love this neighbor dearly, but he is super nitpicky about work done to his home. I knew if he was speaking so highly about Juan, it really meant something. Juan actually picked up the phone when I called, listened carefully to my issues, then scheduled a time to come by for an inspection the following day. He actually texted to let me know he was on his way, and showed up early! He did a very careful and thorough inspection of my roof and gave me an estimate the following morning. I approved the estimate, and the work was completed to my complete satisfaction in a very timely manner. I had a new issue crop up just last week -- not in any way related to the first repair that Juan did. I contacted Juan and he came by the next morning for an inspection and gave me an estimate on the spot. I approved it, and he completed the work that same day. I highly recommend Roof Improve and will absolutely call Juan anytime I'm having issues. I appreciate not only his work ethic and skill, but also his excellent communication. If you are looking for someone honest, responsive, and responsible to take care of your roof repairs at a competitive price, look no further.

I've named Juan my personal roofer. He has great customer service, is punctual, professional and does great work. He has completed a couple jobs for me (replaced some sheathing with dry rot, cleaned my roof of debris) and I have great confidence in him that if I need anything roof related he can take care of it!
