Juan was great! His quote wasn't the cheapest but he was the most thorough in his inspection of things that needed to be addressed. I had dry rot over my porch caused by KB Homes poor quality workmanship. He repaired the dry rot and cleaned and repaired the issue in all the valleys so I won't have that problem anywhere else. Juan is extremely polite and friendly!

We called Roof Improve because they specialize in tile roof repairs, after we noticed small leak in bedroom after our recent rain and wind storm.

I called on Tuesday and left a message and he telephoned me right back and made an appointment to come and evaluate our leak the next day. He gave us an appointment window of 9-11 and was right on time. He evaluated it and said he was able to repair the roof the same day.

I would highly recommend Juan and his company for their response, service and repairs. He guarantees his roof repair for 2.5 years which is longer than anyone else.

Juan at Roof Improve did an outstanding job of trouble shooting my tile roof problems and coming up with solutions that were reasonably priced and quickly completing the job. Work involved dry rot fascia replacement and repair of under tile problem area as well as cleaning and correcting all seven valley areas and lastly removing all moss buildup.

They did a very nice job fixing my roof which had a leak and caused some water stains in the ceiling. Juan came out, got on the roof, took pictures of all the problem areas and sent an estimate. Once I had a chance to review and approve the repair we scheduled. During the repair they took pictures of them replacing the felt/ tar paper under the roof tiles and also checked the sheeting boards to make sure they didn't need to be replaced. Once the repair was completed the also took pictures of the repairs they did so we could see exactly what they did since I didn't want to climb on the roof to see for my self. I really appreciated that. Gray work.
