As promised we came back. Can't say enough about this company.
We needed to have the dry rot our eaves replaced. Got several quotes and once again Roof Improve was very competitive.
Great work, great prices, and fast responses.

I hope we don't need roof work again but if we do we know who to call!

We hired 3 previous roofing companies over the past several years and wish we had not wasted time and money with them. This company (Juan) was able to explain how all the other companies had basically provided a bandaid without dealing with the actual underlying issue. They provided a very reasonable cost and did an absolutely incredible job. They took a ton of photos so I could see exactly what was done. They are hands down the best and the only company I would ever use again. I cannot say enough about how much better they are than every other company. If you want the job done right the first time, hire them.

We called out Roof Improve and Juan came out and reviewed our roof and came back with a fair quote. We had a quote from a contractor for same job but a year ago, it was slightly lower however Juan of Roof Improve added a few details that our normal roofer didn't and would not have done such as fixing the tiles and a few other details. See the details of his report decided we decided for quality.
Juan showed up on time and finished on time. He removed all of the dry root, new board, new covering, new shingle metal placers, replaced tile, fixed/added tile to fix bad layout (issue), and than he painted the roof. Needless to say the roof areas he fixed looks great and I didn't have to paint nor do I have to worry thanks to his leak guarantee... not that I was worried, it was a super solid fix. Highly recommend!

The December-January storms revealed problems with my roof that required lots of work. I wanted to avoid re-roofing due to the high cost and other reasons. Juan and his father inspected my 23-year old concrete tile roof and sent me a written estimate for each part of the proposed work. Photos were taken and shared with me. Juan and his team showed up on time on the scheduled dates. All work went well without any problems.

What excellent service we received from Roof Improve! They showed up on time and were extremely professional. As they were surveying the roof to provide an estimate, they discovered a hole in our roof and were able to provide a temporary patch until the full roofing job could be completed. While we offered to pay for the temporary patch, they said it wasn't necessary. Thank you, guys!

Juan with Roof Improve is awesome! He was quick to come out and give us a quote and throughly explained what he would be doing. No questions were left unanswered. Once the repairs had been completed he explained the work that was done on the roof and showed pictures. Aside from his knowledge the other thing that made him stand out is his excellent communication. We look forward to working with Juan again for future maintenance on our roof!

Great honest company. Juan came out and got on the roof to inspect a minor leak I noticed after the storm. As the leak was slow and only occurred during heavy rain it was difficult to determine the exact cause and Juan explained this and proposed a solution to clean out the valleys. He sent me over a reasonable quote in a timely manner. I ended up not using roofimprove because I had some other roofing work that needed to be done at the same time and roofimprove being a smaller company, understandably did not work on extremely steep pitched roofs. Juan suggested a few companies that would work on steep complex roofs and overall was extremely helpful. I felt he was looking out for my best interest rather than just trying to secure another job. He was only one of the only roofers that actually got up on my roof(due to the steep pitch) to look prior to giving me an estimate.
