We had a known leak in our roof needing a permanent fix and gambled multiple years before addressing the temporary fix. We decided to hire Juan and Roof Improve after reading reviews like this one. We were not disappointed, so thank you fellow reviewers! Any review mentioning this company's professionalism, communication, and timeliness were fortified with our own experience.

In addition to the repair, Juan secured a loose tile he incidentally found and came back to paint the discolored fascia. He declined reimbursement for the paint and a tip, but asked that if he liked his company's service to write a review, so I'm keeping my promise. Following the repair, we were shown pictures of the roof and what issues were addressed.

Our repair was done in September, but I wanted to ""test drive"" the repair before I wrote a review. I don't think we could've had a better test than the recent rains here in the area. All is well and dry! Thanks Juan and Roof Improve.

Juan was great! His quote wasn't the cheapest but he was the most thorough in his inspection of things that needed to be addressed. I had dry rot over my porch caused by KB Homes poor quality workmanship. He repaired the dry rot and cleaned and repaired the issue in all the valleys so I won't have that problem anywhere else. Juan is extremely polite and friendly!

We called Roof Improve because they specialize in tile roof repairs, after we noticed small leak in bedroom after our recent rain and wind storm.

I called on Tuesday and left a message and he telephoned me right back and made an appointment to come and evaluate our leak the next day. He gave us an appointment window of 9-11 and was right on time. He evaluated it and said he was able to repair the roof the same day.

I would highly recommend Juan and his company for their response, service and repairs. He guarantees his roof repair for 2.5 years which is longer than anyone else.

Juan at Roof Improve did an outstanding job of trouble shooting my tile roof problems and coming up with solutions that were reasonably priced and quickly completing the job. Work involved dry rot fascia replacement and repair of under tile problem area as well as cleaning and correcting all seven valley areas and lastly removing all moss buildup.
I highly recommend Roof Improve for your roof repair and maintenance.
