I am here to get Brian's number as I have a rental that needs a new roof and thought I would leave a review from my last re-roof that Roof Guys did for me. The year was 2011 and I had a rental that was in bad shape. Several roofers came out and gave me estimates, very sloppy, hand written estimates. Brian was the most professional, his estimate was typed and printed with pictures, and was not much more expensive that the others, but slightly. However, he was the only one I felt completely comfortable with. He replaced my roof, added venting, and explained everything to me perfectly. I have also used him for small repairs over the years and now I need a new roof at another house and he will be the first one that I call.

Ok...when it rains you're busy...I get it. But at least return phone calls. My wife and I just bought a house in North Sac. It came with a barn that was re-roofed 5 years ago and had a small leak under some flashing. I figured while a roofing company was there, they could add a vent flashing on the roof too for an apartment I want to add later. I called 3 times in three days...nothing. At least one of the others returned my call and told me they were really busy and would be 6 weeks before they could get to it.
As it was, another company (initials CV) actually answered their phone, told me the estimator would call within 48 hours...AND DID! Wrote me an estimate within 15 minutes, sat down with me and explained what should be done. The flashing was done incorrectly and needs to be removed and replaced with tiles and will be here in 12-15 days to do the job.
I have no way of comparing prices because no one ever calls back. But I can tell you this... ""Roof Guys"" just lost $2,000.

Brian called me back about a repair I need to have done on my roof. While his company doesn't do this particular type of repair, he gave me a recommendation and then called back with a couple more. Very helpful and friendly, I'll keep him in mind when I need a full roof replacement.

After the last huge rainstorm a couple weeks ago, we came home to find a leaking ceiling in our spare bedroom! Of course we called a handful of roofers, but I needed someone who specialized in tile roofs. Brian called me back the very next day and even came out that Saturday to provide us with a free estimate. He evaluated the problem, wrote up a very fair quote and was able to come back to fix it in a couple days before the next rain. I'm sure they were swamped with other people calling, but was able to come out before anyone else even returned my calls. Brian runs an honest business with fair prices and quality work (and guarantees it for 1 year). Thank you to Brian and his team, you really saved us when we needed it the most.

Brian responded the same day to our plea for help after the last huge rainstorm made us realize the leak we thought had been fixed by someone else had definitely not been! All of the other roofers we called said the it would take a week for someone to even come out to check the problem but Brian came out the next day. He checked it out, told us the issue, gave us a very fair quote, and was back 3 days later to fix it. It has rained again since and no more leaking! Hooray! Quick response, friendly service, fair price... we will definitely use them again should the need arise!

I called them on a Saturday because i had a roof leak. They were out within 2 hours. They found the needed parts at Ace Hardware and came back and fixed the leak the same day. Very reasonable price.

Brian was very helpful and personable. I needed an estimate for a new roof in a hurry and he was able to get one for me extremely fast and expedite my escrow process. I left messages for several companies and did not even get a call back from most. I would definitely work with them again!

Can u give zero stars?!! Absolutely terrible service!!! I had my roof done by them and they didn't do everything they said they were going to do and still charged me for it!!! And then his ""warranty"" is bullshit! They make it sound like they warranty everything they did, they don't! They just warranty if it leaks, that's all. They totally screwed up some of their work, instead of replacing rotted out wood they just laid fresh wood over it, and then when the inspector came and said it has to be fixed, they tried charging me 2500$ for it when they said they did it to begin with! Total joke of a company, they come off super polite and nice but they're shady as hell

Brian and his team are amazing. They initially fixed our roof and after we had a significant rain we found that the roof had been put on incorrectly and because of that was allowing rain into the house. Even though it was not part of the original repair, he honored his warranty and fixed the roof. By fix I mean literally removing the portion that was incorrectly installed, putting on new tar paper and brand new tile. The work would have cost over $3,200 but he completed the work for free. He went well above and beyond what many other contractors would have done. He easily could have said the warranty didn't cover the issue but being the sincere, honest and trustworthy business owner that he is, he made us whole again without making a dent in our bank account. Absolutely fantastic, could not be more satisfied with the level of service and quality of work. If you are looking for a roofing company that you can absolutely, 100% trust to do the work they say they will and MOST IMPORTANTLY do the right thing even when it's unwarranted...give him a call.
