Bad communication and not reliable at all. I been talking to the owner the past week and sometimes he responded fast but most of them time, he responded slow or never responded at all. We were going to make an appointment for a certain day for a gutter cleaning, then he mentioned the wrong day so I asked which day did he mean. He 'read' my message but did NOT respond (Yelp has a feature that lets you know if the other side has read your message or not). I was like ok maybe it's just this one time that he forgot to reply so I followed up. He then responded that he meant the other day. Then I asked if we need to confirm the appointment time through Yelp. Then he 'read' my message and NEVER responded or confirmed the appointment time. This is the second time already and at this point I am DONE with this company. I have dealt with a contractor with a bad communication before and it was horrible and I would not deal with another contractor with a bad communication again. If he can't even follow up with me, why do I have to follow up with him when other companies respond way faster and are more reliable. Yes, his price is competitive but not that much more competitive that the other company I decided to hire. Good luck with your business with a communication like this.

Everado Zuniga, owner of Roof & Gutter Busters, responded immediately with an estimate to replace our roof. He was professional, organized, concise, and prompt. After we approved the reasonable bid, he obtained the required permit within one day and was able to start the following Monday. The roof was far more damaged than we thought, but he and his crew worked professionally to deal with the problem. They finished the project a day and a half early and cleaned up the residual construction mess. We are delighted in every way and have already recommended Mr. Zuniga and his crew several times. Everardo and his crew did a fantastic job on our re-roofing. Not only were they friendly, efficient & courteous, but they were also very professional. A real pleasure to work with. We called them and they came that same day to give us a quote; (they were the best out of 3) and they completed the job the next day and cleaned up after themselves. That's real customer service! Excellent work on my failed, leaking roof. Gutter busters did a quick job of replacing all my gutters, but unfortunately their workmanship left something to be desired. Some of the gutters were not installed correctly, leading to the gutters lifting up shingles where they met the roof. In addition, many of the runs did not fully butt up to the roof eves.

One of the gutters was installed where the installers cut a notch in some of the existing shingles to make room for the newly installed gutter, leading to water being able to get between the existing singles. I had to go up on the second story to patch up the hole with sealant and roof tape after I caught the problem.

Where a multi angle run was required, the gutter installed had pretty rough joints that required some additional work after before being painted.

Overall, I would not recommend this company as they seemed to prioritize speed over quality. The average homeowner would not notice, but those who are willing to climb up on their own roof and inspect the work will notice the difference.

Their price was in the middle of the range, and I ended up going with them because my other choices were all booked up.

Woke up to our gutter hanging off the house during a storm last month, Everardo came by within an hour of my call and was able to secure it before it came crashing down. Two days later he and his team showed up on time to finish the job, I would highly recommend Roof & Gutter Busters!!!

Everado runs a professional operation. Seamless gutters installed, some tricky work-arounds required due to solar rooftop pipes that had to be custom fit, no problemo for Everado. I called a few outfits for a bid, Gutter Busters staff was first with the most to respond. Came on time day of job, finished and cleaned up nicely. I will be calling Everado again for a roofing job, based on my experience, I trust he will get the job done right and on schedule at a reasonable price. High praise for this organized and straight-forward businessman. Saludos
