Hired these folks to replace my gutters back in fall 2022. They were courteous, on-time and fairly priced.

When I cleaned out my gutters last fall, I figured there was close to half an inch of standing water in my longest run because it was blocked up. Cleaning them this fall, however, the same thing was going on. After inspecting things I discovered that the slope for the last ~5 feet before the downspout was going the wrong direction. But I was only able to adjust it a very small amount, because the downspout had been cut too long! There isn't far the gutter can go because of this.

This lack of attention to detail is frustrating, and I don't know how I'm going to solve the problem of the too-tall downspout (it's more involved than I'm capable of addressing myself). Unfortuntely, I can't recommend Gutter Busters because of this shoddy workmanship.

Roof & Gutter Busters, were absolutely amazing!! Everardo, the owner, came by to inspect my roof to do an estimate for repair. He sent me videos while he was on the roof, of the severe damage my tile roof! There were multiple tiles that were sliding down, and were chipped all throughout.

I decided to have him give me a quote to replace it with shingles, since the roof was already 48 years old, and he was prompt with an itemized bid. I received three other bids, and there were a few bids that were lower than his, but then he dropped the bid and was able to do the job in just a short couple weeks, just after the permit was approved by the City. He showed me all the shingles that I had choices with, and was very patient with all the questions I had!

His crew showed up on Monday, and with rain expected to come, Everardo watched the weather closely! His guys were able to get all the heavy tiles off, and the roofing underlayment on by Tuesday, so the wood would be protected by the rain. They even started adding some shingles on Tuesday as well!!

My vent for my master bathroom was not done properly before I bought the house, and he noticed that and corrected it so there was a new vent properly installed.

Him and his guys were done by Thursday afternoon, and they left the yard clean, and even pressure washed my driveway due to the dumpster scratching a bit. But when they were done, you can't even tell.

Everardo sent me videos throughout the entire install to keep me in the loop, and him and his entire crew was so kind and I'm forever grateful I went with this company. I had an incredible experience with them!

Thank you, Roof & Gutter Busters! I can now sleep peacefully at night, when the rains come!!

Everardo, owner of Roof and Gutter Busters was great to deal with from the start and all the way through. We needed a complete roof replacement of a 25 year old roof. He did a thorough inspection before giving a bid that was very competitive in price and comprehensive in detail concerning what would be done.
Five stars for the whole process. And a shout out for the crew that in addition to being diligently hard working through some of the hottest days of the year on a very steep roof were always courteous and respectful. I needed to replace my roof and gutters and decided to open a project through Yelp. After having several roofers come out, I chose Roof and Gutter Busters based on their price and availability. Everado came out to provide an estimate and took the time to explain the condition of our roof and gutters. His estimate was the most affordable, and he was able to get the shingles I wanted.

We were a bit nervous about starting the project in January due to unpredictable weather, but Everado closely monitored the forecast and managed everything smoothly. His crew did an excellent job, completing the work in just 2 days. I appreciated that Everado kept us updated with pictures and videos, showing where wood needed replacement and providing progress updates.

After the job was finished, we discovered an issue with the water heater pipe alignment a day later. I contacted Everado, and he promptly sent someone out to fix the alignment. The new roof looks great, and we're very happy with the work. Everado and his crew were all very nice and easy to communicate with.

I highly recommend Roof and Gutter Busters for anyone needing roof replacement and gutter work!

We requested a quote from Everado, he came that day and checked the roof, gave us a quote which was half the price of our most expensive quote and still included more. They make seamless gutters on site, which is cool.

Bad communication and not reliable at all. I been talking to the owner the past week and sometimes he responded fast but most of them time, he responded slow or never responded at all. We were going to make an appointment for a certain day for a gutter cleaning, then he mentioned the wrong day so I asked which day did he mean. He 'read' my message but did NOT respond (Yelp has a feature that lets you know if the other side has read your message or not). I was like ok maybe it's just this one time that he forgot to reply so I followed up. He then responded that he meant the other day. Then I asked if we need to confirm the appointment time through Yelp. Then he 'read' my message and NEVER responded or confirmed the appointment time. This is the second time already and at this point I am DONE with this company. I have dealt with a contractor with a bad communication before and it was horrible and I would not deal with another contractor with a bad communication again. If he can't even follow up with me, why do I have to follow up with him when other companies respond way faster and are more reliable. Yes, his price is competitive but not that much more competitive that the other company I decided to hire. Good luck with your business with a communication like this.

Everado Zuniga, owner of Roof & Gutter Busters, responded immediately with an estimate to replace our roof. He was professional, organized, concise, and prompt. After we approved the reasonable bid, he obtained the required permit within one day and was able to start the following Monday. The roof was far more damaged than we thought, but he and his crew worked professionally to deal with the problem. They finished the project a day and a half early and cleaned up the residual construction mess. We are delighted in every way and have already recommended Mr. Zuniga and his crew several times. Everardo and his crew did a fantastic job on our re-roofing. Not only were they friendly, efficient & courteous, but they were also very professional. A real pleasure to work with. We called them and they came that same day to give us a quote; (they were the best out of 3) and they completed the job the next day and cleaned up after themselves. That's real customer service! I definitely recommend them for your job!

Excellent work on my failed, leaking roof. Attention to detail, meticulous workmanship, responsive reliability, concise communication and extra effort were performed tirelessly resulting in a roof job beyond my wildest dreams. This is not my first roof, but it may be my last because Owner, Everardo and his diligent staff did such an exquisite job that it may outlive me. Highly recommended! Stop searching, hire R&GB now!

Gutter busters did a quick job of replacing all my gutters, but unfortunately their workmanship left something to be desired. Some of the gutters were not installed correctly, leading to the gutters lifting up shingles where they met the roof. In addition, many of the runs did not fully butt up to the roof eves.

One of the gutters was installed where the installers cut a notch in some of the existing shingles to make room for the newly installed gutter, leading to water being able to get between the existing singles. I had to go up on the second story to patch up the hole with sealant and roof tape after I caught the problem.

Where a multi angle run was required, the gutter installed had pretty rough joints that required some additional work after before being painted.

Overall, I would not recommend this company as they seemed to prioritize speed over quality. The average homeowner would not notice, but those who are willing to climb up on their own roof and inspect the work will notice the difference.

Their price was in the middle of the range, and I ended up going with them because my other choices were all booked up.
