I've used this company for cleaning my gutters for over 10 years. The last two years I used them, they were difficult to schedule and it seemed like their service was declining in quality. The last year they came and did a really quick job, and I never heard them wash out the gutters or check the downspouts. I was suspicious they weren't doing a good job, so I hired someone new this year. The new person sent me before and after pictures of my gutters. Some sections hadn't been cleaned in years. I was really disappointed. I paid this company every year to come maintain my gutters and keep them in good shape.

Everardo and his crew were very efficient! He sent pictures daily, as we were out of town during our roof replacement. The final result turned out perfect. The only suggestion I have is improved communication regarding extra charges for dry rot repair and misc charges during the process. He replaced our roof and gutters flawlessly. Didn't show up for scheduled appointment to give an estimate... I missed time from work! I had even asked them to please let me know if they couldn't make it to let me know.. NOTHING !!
Use someone else more reliable!!!!

Response time was exceptional. Reached out to them and they contacted me the same day. I took some pictures as requested so they could see what needed to be done and they promptly provided a quote. Their price was much better than I received from another company. Then they said they could be out the next day. Sure enough next day they were here as stated. Work was done quickly. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

I heard good things from two neighbors. We had a time booked and then they vanished. Never showed, didn't return phone calls or emails from me to follow up. I can only assume too busy, but a quick contact would have been welcome instead of wasting our time arranging an appointment they never showed up for. I waited several weeks before posting this in the hopes they would call back. Obviously others had a good experience, so not sure what happened.

I can highly recommend Roof and Gutter Busters! From the quote all the way through to the end of the job, Everardo and his crew were fast, respectful, and professional! When Everardo came to take measurements for the estimate, he pointed out that we had a lot of dry rot. He explained what caused it and how his team would fix it. He explained the differences in roof choices, how the permitting process would work and said they could take care of it all.
We got four quotes and his was the cheapest, but we chose him because he had the best combo of timelines, cost, and professionalism. Plus, I just had a good feeling about him and I felt I could trust him. Although he explained everything, I never felt I was being ""sold.""
He was able to start the job within less than two weeks of signing the quote and even though he said it could take 5 days, they finished our roof in only 3 days! Everardo took pictures and updated me through the whole process by email.
After spending last winter with tarps on the roof and building a catchment system in the attic to catch the drips, it feels so good going into this winter with confidence!
