Edit: reading management review!! He is lying. He was supposed to come out and fix the ally's. Nothing to do with the solar panels. Good try though. You guys are not reliable and you are not trustworthy.

I set a project up plan in Yelp. Roof Guard contacted me in 20 minutes. I got delayed but contacted them back. Mark is the best, he was really friendly and knowledgeable!!! He answered all my questions and kept every deadline we agreed to. His quote was in my budget and that I am truly amazed at!!! I will probably be calling them back for a full paint job next year!! I am confident in this vendor and recommend them Highly!!!

I'm a home owner with a 42 yo concrete tile roof over 68 yo existing wood shake, experiencing a slow leak over time and much noticed after last stormy winter. After 3 mo exhaustive search and 36 companies later, my good fortune came running into Mark (GM) and Mike (owner). With combined experiences in the industry of close to 60 years, they are down to earth, sincere, trustworthy, reliable, punctual, accountable, and love what they do. Mark provided an extensive account my roofing needs, pointed out his concerns with his acumen and expertise. Mike's leadership in keeping to a precise schedule, efficency in addressing my questions, and committment to exceptional service gave me a much needed peace of mind. When other companies provided a 3+ mo waiting period, Mike and Mark were on the job in 3 weeks and provided realistic expectations of project run time.

My elderly mother was notified that her insurance was going to be canceled because she needed a new roof. I ended up using roof guard to do the inspection and the repairs with photos. I contacted Mike through the Yelp app and he got back to me right away. Mike was very helpful walking me through the entire process of what I was going to need for the insurance company to not cancel the homeowners insurance. I arranged with Mike to come by and do the inspection. He showed up in a timely manner had great communication as to what needed to be done. We hired roof guard to do the repairs and the photos they showed up when they said they were going to the timeline was exactly as was explained to me. We were able to get everything taken care of within two weeks, all I can say it was a great experience. Mike didn't try and create more work than what we needed. I would recommend this company for any roofing problems that you may have. Great customer service and communication. Thanks to Mike and roof guard for helping me out with the situation.

I hired Michael to investigate water leaks caused by a recent storm and repair the roof. Michael was a great communicator, responsive, professional and honest. He was able to schedule and complete the repair before the 2nd storm came as promised. His price was also reasonable. I would work with him again and recommend him anytime.

Mike did an awesome job on our roof repairs. He was the first to respond to our inquiry, first on site to provide us with a quote, and had his guys out the following morning ASAP due to the incoming storm. His guys were polite, quick with the job, and made sure to leave to work area spotless from their roofing work. Will be contacting Mike and his team at Roof Guard for all of our roofing inquiries from here on out!

I had about 15 Broken tiles on my roof from some Chimney repair work I had done. I called several Roofers but Roof Guard was the most professional with an honest price. They worked my job within a couple of days, showed up right on time and completed a thorough tune up in my roof in only a couple of hours.
