We called one week after Ian, they returned the call the same day and came out the next day. Started on the roof about a month later (insurance put on tarps) completed it within days, cleaned up. I had a problem with my WF because of the way the check was written, (actually 2 checks gave me trouble at the bank) and Roof EZ was so helpful, going out of their way even. They were responsive and I highly recommend them.
