But Attic Express does not work with the kind of roof we have - a commercial grade combination of metal and TPO flat roof. It was great working with Attic Express. I had a leaky roof that soaked through the ceiling during a couple rainy days. With the rainy season coming, I wanted to get this done asap, and they were able to come out quickly and give me an estimate quickly. I thought my roof was old and I'd have to reroof. But to my surprise, unlike most estimates I got from companies that seem to want as much money from me as possible, attic express advised me that I only needed to clean the gutter, seal the gutter which was leaking, and repair the particular section that was leaking. They also know how to patch the ceiling from inside the house and did the painting. After they were done, the ceiling was as good as new. They are friendly and easy to work with and have my best interest at heart. The job took one day and I got my roof fixed within a week.
