If you are in need of roof work or any general contracting work, I DO NOT recommend Roof Experts. We went with them because they talk a good talk. They answered texts, calls, and emails immediately up until the contract was signed. Then it was impossible to get a response.

This is a review of their new branch in Valdosta, GA

Some complaints:

I was told on January 28th that the materials would be dropped off on Wednesday, January 29th and work would begin Thursday. January 30th. 7am January 30th, the workers show up and no materials were delivered. They leave and no one says a word to me. Finally I am told they will deliver materials and be back Friday, January 31st.
Half the materials are delivered at dusk on Thursday night. The workers (amazing 5 stars for the workers) got right to work on Friday morning. Mid day they take a 3 ish hour break because they ran out of materials and had to waste their time sitting around waiting for the rest of the materials to be delivered. My issue isn't lack of materials, it was the zero communication and lack of organization from the company. The poor workers lost that time out of their day.

I handed out Roof Experts name to multiple friends in the area. With the promise they were amazing and that I could not wait to work with them (this was before I signed the contract with them.) I put my name out there only to be massively embarrassed. Roof Experts never gave promised quotes, requested payments for said quotes, and took over a month to go out to my friends houses to tarp their roof when it was promised to be done within a week.

In my contract I was charged for ""front door repair."" The person who drew up the contract (Jeremy) saw the door and knew the frame needed full replacement. When the person came to fix the door said it needed replaced, as was discussed in person with Jeremy, Roof Experts called me to tell me ""technically the contract says repair not replace, so if you want that done you need to pay more."" I was still charged for the repair that was never done.

Roof Experts cares more about quantity of customers they can bring in rather than quality of services they give to the customers they already have.

There is more. I have receipts for email and text exchanges up until they fully ghosted me and stopped responding. It took my husband calling from a different number to finally get in contact with someone. If you're thinking of working with them and want more details feel free to ask. They are not worth their extra costs.

We went with them being more expensive because we were promised 5 star customer service. We got 2 - 3 star at best. They were amazing up until the day we finally signed to work with them.
