Buyers beware. Roof Doctors did a terrible job on my roof. Immediately following the installation of the new roof, I began to have a roof leak. The state inspector had to be notified to fix the first problem, which was a cricket that wasn't installed. Today I just had to pay $880.00 to fix the roof. It was noted by the repairman that the valley was not installed correctly. In Sept. I had to pay $340.00 to fix another leak. That repairman noted that the problem was due to incorrect installation. This company doesn't even deserve one star.

I called Roof Doctors X-perts (a family-owned Christian company) for a free estimate. The roofer kept referring to me as an investor after I told him we were a military family living out of the town. He went on to explain that ""investors"" generally want the cheapest product and his product wasn't cheap. Once again, I stated we were not investors and OUR HOME needed a new roof. In not so subtle language, he replied he could do the estimate, but his time was valuable (if as mine was not), and I could call him in a few days if I didn't hear back from him with an estimate. The company staff is insulting, condescending, and picks and chooses whom they will provide with free estimates.
