We rent our home to a family with kids. One of our skylights needs to be repaired for a small leak. We called the company to let us know if they would show up despite weather report showing rain so we can notify the tenants. They have no consideration that we have tenants at the property. They can't tell you when they are going to show up until you call them that morning after 8am if they pick up the phone. Most established companies will provide 2 to 3 hour window and will tell you either it is morning or afternoon. It appears that they do not have a scheduler and techs dictate schedule the morning. They think their business model works well for them. It suits their needs, not their customers. Their way or highway attitude. If you are someone who has a day job, organized or have a tenant like we do, you may want to consider your options before you give them a call. Their model is the same regardless it is rainy season or summer. Recommend trying others who are more organized in their business practices to consider their customers first. Without customers they do not exist.
