These contractors cancelled same day for an appointment we made a month ago, if you are looking for a mediocre company from Sacramento, I would call the roof doctors San Francisco without delay.

After reading all the reviews on yelp I thought I would be working with professionals. When I called the office I gave a detailed description of my problem and that with the rain in the forecast the person that I spoke with said she would send someone out in 2 days. The person never showed up but rather let me know they couldn't help me with my leak and furthermore had no suggestions. He did apologize but now it's the weekend and the rain will be here Tuesday and the entire interaction with""Matt"" was so appalling I would never use this company and would discourage anyone that's asks me from using them.

Stephen Puscizna inspector from the Roof Doctors, has done a great job of inspecting, and reparing our roof. He has been out several times, and always done a great job. Stephen has been always been very courteous and willing to do the work.

Clifford Coakley with Roof Doctors has always gone above and beyond. He always does his best to accommodate inspections, delivers a detailed report by next day and is honest.
The strong winds during the Kincaid evacuation blew off a client's skylight. Although they don't repair skylights he took the initiative to immediately go and cover the open hole. He is the friendliest and best!

company that is really busy, they try very hard to satisfy their customers.
The estimator that came out was very nice, so were the people that did
the work, as well as the people that answer the phones. Very good company!

Mr. Chun aka the Roof doctor was amazing! He gave me a great price and did excellent work with no fuss. I had some water issues that he addressed and kept my costs down. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to have roof work and other Misc issues fixed.
