Patrick recently replaced the roof on our Victorian home. It was a difficult job because the previous owners had piled several roofs on top of each other, which all needed to be removed, and the property was 3 story which required a lot of scaffolding. Several roofers walked away , calling it a job that was too difficult or time consuming, but Patrick enjoyed the challenge and really did a beautiful job. He provided great customer service and we were very happy with his work.

Patrick is not just an expert in roof construction and repair, he is also a trusted roofing expert that I can count on going forward. When asked on his opinion on the type of material to use for the repair job and longevity of the new repair, he takes his time to show me various type of material and price point that I can use so that I can get the most out of the repair investment. I am most impressed by his focus on getting the job done right, as oppose to just getting it done. After the job completion, I find him walking the job site to perform a final inspection, clean up, and then offer me with recommendation on things that may be okay today but will require further monitoring.
It is rare to work with individuals such as Patrick with such customer focus and pride on a job well done.

Similar issue to Rachel L. and Gloria C. After a few emails and phone call it has now been 7 days with no response from Patrick on getting an estimate for a roof repair on a leak that we were initially trying to set up for last week. Roof Crack was one of three companies I had spent time researching. I'm disappointed with all of the positive reviews that we never got a follow up call or email to set up our appointment. Maybe they are so great that they can't handle the volume of requests. However, if you are too busy to take business you should let the customer know that first off rather than giving them the sense you will be following through on setting up an appointment.

We replaced the entire roof on our 2 story home this past Fall. Once the original roof was off, we discovered we had a lot of dry rot repair that was needed. Patrick was responsive and did quality work. Although he was on-site the entire time, he found areas where his team had taken short cuts and he took it upon himself to repair/ replace those areas. His team worked fast and they were thorough. Patrick was a a pleasure to work with and I would happily refer him to others.

We had our entire roof, gutters and had dry rot repair completed.

Same issue as Rachel L with no returned phone calls. Patrick initially came out to look at the small roof leak, and said that he couldn't see anything obvious right away, but would write up a quote for fixing it. He told me to email him to request the quote and I never received anything. I even left him a couple voicemails. Terrible customer service.

Pat is not only a fantastic roofer but an all around good guy. What an enjoyable experience having our metal (Cal-Pack type) roof repIred. He was on time dressed with company logoed shirts and truck. He and his worker took 3 hours to do the repair and only charged us foPr 4 man hours not the 6 they actually 0put in. During these tough times these guys really get it.
ROOF CRAFT has won my continued business. 5 star business without a doubt.

Roof Craft reroofed my two story Cape Cod style house. It has all the elements of a difficult roof - two story with multiple slopes and lots of roof, steep pitch, old siding... oh, and record heat during the job..

I can't speak highly enough about Pat and his team. Outstanding work, conscientiousness, best bid, genuinely concerned about the finished product, the list goes on and on. Pat is a true craftsman, and really goes above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure the quality of his work is top notch. He totally cleaned up the property every day, and checked in on noise levels during the project. He let us delay the project start to accommodate a delayed close of escrow. Couldn't have had a better experience.

i wanted the guys from Roof Craft to come back out for a bid on installing a new roof with gutters. I've left voicemails several times and sent an email, but have never heard back from them. I understand it's probably their busy season now that the rain has stopped, but how hard is it to return a call or email?!? I'm highly disappointed, and they just lost a customer. 2 stars for the previous great service.
