Cannot tell you how happy i am with Patrick of Roof Craft. He went above and beyond what he had to do for me. I had a leak in my roof during this crazy storm we went through. Obviously he couldn't rip my roof apart to fix it, but he did patch it for me to get by, then came on the first day it cleared up and fixed what needed to be fixed, and on top of that, he noticed some other things that were not right and fixed them right there on the spot for me. Patrick answered the call in the middle of what has to be the worst storm of the season. The other company couldn't make it out until the middle of the next week! He squeezed me in between calls and was there within the hour...what luck. He gave honest answers, explained the problem, and even showed me where the problem was. We had just refinished our recessed kitchen ceiling and added canned lighting. Our existing skylight started leaking two days after the work was done and I had painted. I was in a total panic. I found Roof Craft on yelp and read the A+ reviews. Boy was I glad to hear that Patrick would come right out that morning to take a look. He came within two hours, assessed the situation and then promised to come back that afternoon to fix it. He showed up as promised and did the best he could in the rain. He was not sure if the fix would do the trick so he offered to come back if more work needed to be done and even credited the amount he charged for the fix toward a more permanent solution. Well he must really have know what to do because we have had extensive rain since and there have been no leaks at all. I really appreciated his promptness. He also took the time to explain exactly what he saw and how he was going to fix it. I liked his friendly, easy going manner and the personal attention we received. He even called us later that night to check in and see how we were doing. His prices were very reasonable. I just can't say enough. This is the kind of small community business we love. Had a leaky roof. Patrick came by as soon as we both were available, which was the next day, and made a quick reasonable quote. Glanced at the problem and knew exactly what the problem was. Got on to the roof and confirmed the problem then explained exactly what he would do to repair. He came back in the afternoon with his crew and completed the repair in 2.5hrs! He also cleaned the growing green, the collected debris and cleaned the gutter. After the job was completed, he noticed that 3 tiles (not within the repaird zone) were exposing the roof. He then made a temporary fix and told me he would come back to re-situate them correctly. It was not part of the job but he did it as part of the service! Patrick is such a friendly, likable guy. Did exactly what he said he would do. I highly recommend him

After some heavy downpours, we discovered we had leaks in a few spots with likely culprits (stove pipe, two sunlights). Called Patrick and around 4pm and he said he could leave then and do it this evening, which he did. We appreciated the friendly normal-guy sort of demeanor, and he was interested in doing a good job of it, even though his price was quite reasonable.
