Wish I could give zero stars. Receptionist (who claimed to be the owners wife and refused to give her name) hung up the phone the first time when I called to get a quote. I called back and she was extremely rude when I was asking for information. When I asked for an email she told me 'I didn't need it', I asked to speak to Ron (president of the company) and she told me I 'didn't need to talk to him' and when I asked for her name she said 'what does it matter to you?' I asked her if her boss knows she speaks to customers in such a way and she said 'my husband is my boss so what do you want?' NOT a good look for a business to have the front answering desk be so unprofessional and unhelpful. I'm a general contractor as well and will be spreading the word about this company.

Poor customer service, won't return calls or emails to backup warrenty work. I suggest you find a better roofing company as this one stinks.
