IN the beginning my experience with this company was great they had an employee come out and check the roof everything was fine but now their employees like to lie... their employees will outright lie about coming to your house... And then when you call to speak to the company about their employees outright lying about coming to your home and you speak to a person named Tabitha she's extremely dismissive and will just ignore everything that you're saying just to book an appointment .. being outright dismissive of a customer's complaints and schedule an appointment and not address the issue at hand is a problem for me I asked to speak to a supervisor they claim the supervisor wasn't available I asked to know who owned the company they refuse to tell me who owned the company this is place is very unprofessional their employees especially Tabitha has a very bad phone side manner their phone calls are recorded and I called three or four separate times and spoke to them numerous times about my frustrations and about the unprofessionalism from Tabitha as an employee.. ..

When you have a company outright lie about coming to your house and you have cameras on every side of your house and no one apologizes to you for them lying about coming to your house... You're dismissed from someone who sounds like they're still in high school I'm not down with the lack of professionalism from this company

Do not do business with this crooked company. We signed a contract for a new roof and put down a 50% deposit (almost $8,000). On the day of installation they said the price would be double since they didn't realize they would have to build a whole new support structure. We refused what we saw as highway robbery and demanded our deposit be returned since it was clearly their error (after all, they are supposedly roofing experts, not us). They refused to give it to us without charging US a $3,000 ""cancellation fee."" Now we have hired a lawyer. Not only terrible business practices, but attempted robbery from a customer.

Tomorrow, Roof Commander will be re-roofing my home. At about 1pm today, their project manager came by to make sure all the supplies had been delivered. While he was here I had a question about a vent for my kitchen. I thought I had originally requested for a roof vent to be installed at the same time as the re-roofing. The project manager was unaware of my request, but quickly called his office to verify. After he finished his call, he told me that the office manager would check the paperwork and would contact me by 5pm. I received a call from the office manager at 3pm. She explained that there wasn't any mention in the paperwork regarding a roof vent installation. However, she would inform the installation crew to install the roof vent.

So far, my experience with Roof Commander has been very pleasant and professional. They have handled a potential problem quickly and with kindness.

I will add to this review after the re-roofing is completed.

To any and all with roofing concerns, please take note before choosing who performs work on your home....
Communication between the techs and the office is insufficient as it pertains to keeping customers informed. Additionally, the person (whom I'm told was the office manager), seems very rushed in conversations with customers and has a bad habit of raising their voice and talking over the customer. This individual also made a statement, that I believe, implied I lied about receiving information. They asked if I had received a call with information about the work to be performed. I told them I received no such notice or information, they said ""Regardless if whether you did ""or didn't"" the call....."" This should never have been said! When I questioned the comment, the person reluctantly apologized and said nothing was meant by their comment. I have request twice to speak with the owner. Only to be told ""they are unavailable"" and ""I don't control their schedule."" If a call is received, I will update this review at that time.
As to the actual work done by the company, if the repairs are completed (weather permitting), without further issues, we will be satisfied. It certainly appears that they do good work on the job site. Communication is the cornerstone of most businesses these days. And, communication is easier today than it ever was before. In this day in age when so much of a business success is based on customer service it's a shame that but for a simple phone call, this review could have been very different.

My roof had a lot of issues.... In the end the skylights were installed needed repairs made and we now have a beautiful sound roof. Love it
