My roof leaked after having a new roof installed by Roof Claim Express. After contacting Alex, he said he would take care of it. His ""team"" came out and spent about 10 minutes on my roof ""repairing"" the issue. Unfortunately, the roof still leaked as his team did nothing to repair their faulty installation.

Alex wouldn't return my calls and was extremely unprofessional. When inquiring about his commercial insurance coverage, he became defensive and combative. After receiving several repair bids from reputable roofing companies, all 3 companies confirmed it was due to faulty installation of the roof and flashing. The repair cost an additional $500 and the interior damage (ceiling, walls, crown molding, and hardwood floors) has cost me thousands of dollars. There are too many quality, honest roofing companies to deal with the poor quality and lack of professionalism from Roof Claim Express.

I chose this roofing company because of the different options that they offered. Alex made the process a lot smoother by taking the time to explain how the whole thing worked. My roof looks great, and we haven't had an issue since the job was completed. The job was literally completed within 2 days. The only problem that we had was with the workers putting the gutter attachments back into place. They never returned to put the hanging gutter guard grid back into place. When I spoke with the foreman about it, he stated that it was too short; however, my insurance stated that they would have covered it because that's common practice. We now have to come out of pocket to hire a different company to come and attach the gutter guard grid back into place. (this is the reason for the 3 stars). Not very happy about that at all. Otherwise the roof looks good.

We heard about Alex through a neighbor and decided to go with him and his crew. They were great to work with! Alex came over to give us a quote and talk us through the whole process, including the insurance process. The day that they got the work done, they were very thorough and cleaned everything up. We weren't home that day, so Alex sent us pictures throughout the day of the progress. When we got home we noticed that there was some debris that got in the house. Alex came over the next day and cleaned it. He was great with communication and a pleasant person to work with. We would definitely recommend him!

I recently used Alex and Roof Claim Express to replace the roof of my Milton, GA home after getting a reference from a neighbor. The project was complicated both by me currently living in California and having an insurance claim that needed to be handled to partly cover the cost.

Alex completely blew me away with the unmatched level of service his company provides. He was always easy to reach and helped with any questions re. both roofing and the claims process. Everything from meeting the claims adjuster, filing paperwork, scheduling and performing the job was handled professionally and promptly.

The quality of work was superb as well. Its rare to find contractors with such high level of integrity and professionalism and so I am happy to be a reference for Roof Claim Express in the future.
