It was a wonderful experience working with Roof Chiefs TX. They answered all questions regarding insurance process, worked with our hours of availability and provided text message updates as well as pictures. After completing the roof they provided us with drone photos to show us the quality of the work and provided a Labor Warranty. If they saw something that could cause issues on down the road and could decrease the value they notified me and the insurance carrier to resolve any problems.
They valued our input and questions I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing services.

With 15yrs of old age/storm damage and hail damage to our roof, we were looking at having it replaced. We kept going on with our busy lives and one day Zach with Roof Chiefs knocked on our door. He said he noticed some damage to our roof and that he could cover it up for us he took pictures, showed us the damage then covered it up for us. We let the insurance company know they approved the repairs. We set up the date for the repairs and the crew showed up at 6:30 am prepping to start at 7 am. To my surprise, they finished on the same day. The neighbor across the street had a crew there for 3 days. Throughout the entire process, Zach and Pete answered any questions I had and on the day of the repair kept me informed of the progress with pictures and text messages letting me know how it was going. 10 out of 10 I would use them again.
