Poor job incompetence of securing roof made ceilings fall. Total destruction and although this company paid to rebuild and our Airbnb for six weeks during reconstruction, we were still out $3000 because of their errors.
Please think and look at this before you employ this company.

I recently had Roof asset management for a roof water leak repair. Initially, I called to have my water leak investigated and to ask if I could have an estimate for repairs. The woman I spoke with said, ""They don't do estimates. They charge 90 per person per hour, and the visit is to inspect and repair,"" which I thought was odd. Oh, and they also don't work with insurance companies. All photos they take are only meant for their eyes. During the visit, they said they found the problem and repaired it. Once it rained, we realized the initial repair did not fix the issue! When I requested them to revisit, they insisted on additional payment, hinting that the entire roof might need attention, and to make matters worse, their new rates were almost double the initial ones. This experience left me feeling like they were more interested in extracting money than delivering satisfactory service. Bottom line, I hired another team, and they were able to assess the leak and determined the previous repair made by this company was a hack job and did not do a thorough inspection of the area in question, and their quality of work was terrible. I am very dissatisfied as a customer, and they wasted my time!

Choosing Roof Asset Management to install my new foam roof was the best decision I've made this year! Rob, Ron, Zane and their crews were easy to work with and responsive. The crew they sent out to remove my old roof showed up on time and they were polite and fast. They did a fantastic job on cleanup and made sure that my neighbor's yard was cleaned up as well. The crew that installed the foam roof also showed up on time and were polite and fast too. I am very happy with how my new foam roof looks and how it helps to keep my home cooler.

I have used Roof Asset Management on all my commercial buildings. They are always competitive price wise and do a good job. I always deal with Zane or Rob, they are very knowledgeable on all aspects of roofing.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I live in an HOA. Today, the company came and power washed my roof and top of my garage and my neighbors roof and garage. My home is connected to one neighbor. The power wash took over 30 minutes each unit. The company used my water faucet to power wash my neighbor's home. We pay our own water, so I had my faucet wide open for 30 minutes to power wash my neighbor's garage and roof. When I asked the worker, who was on my neighbor's garage, if he was using my water, his response was 'yes'. Zane, your company trespassed, engaged in conversion, and used my asset for the benefit of another without permission. Stealing from residences is unacceptable.

A representative of the company came out and didn't bother to go up and look at the roof, he said he could look at it from his computer. He told me he would get the estimate to me the next day. Five days later I called and left a message that if I didn't get an estimate by 5pm that day, we would be moving on to another company. We have still not heard anything back, and my advice would be to not waste your time with this company.
