Jimmy is the best, called his company, he was there the next day for an estimate. Scheduled our appointment. Right on time to clean everything. Very professional and the work was outstanding. You can't go wrong going with Roof 2 Tank. As another reviewer said I'd give them more stars if I could.

I would give six stars if I could. I called Jimmy on Thursday for an estimate to clean our gutters and mount a heavy copper decorative koi downspout. He returned my call right away, came out on Friday for an estimate (wore a mask, which I appreciate), sent it the same day with copies of his license and insurance, and then scheduled it for today (Tuesday). Jon just left, after letting me know the conditions of the gutters and about the mounting of the koi. He wore a mask, too. He was efficient and friendly. This was by far the best experience I've had with a service company since I moved here last year from Oahu. I have been unpleasantly surprised by the companies that don't bother to return a call, or if they do, it's days to a week later. I won't recount the worst here, but they range from unprofessional to rude to one who promised a service, kept postponing for months, and then stopped communicating at all. What a joy to find Roof2Tank!
