In 2012, RooF 2 RooF was created by the owner, who, after 12 years in the field and being a certified insurance adjuster, opted to represent homeowners rather than insurance companies. Setting up the business in Rowlett, TX, allowed us to effectively serve our local community and nearby areas.

RooF 2 RooF is led by a husband-and-wife team, J.J. and Maribel Garza, who are dedicated to their family business. Having worked for several companies, J.J. recognized the need for better customer advocacy and vowed to always support homeowners. Being a certified insurance adjuster allows him to effectively advocate for homeowners against insurance companies.

Maribel transitioned from the corporate sector to join her husband, ensuring that homeowners receive top-notch products and services.
