In 2012, RooF 2 RooF was created by the owner, who, after 12 years in the field and being a certified insurance adjuster, opted to represent homeowners rather than insurance companies. Choosing Rowlett, TX, as our base enables us to better serve our neighbors and the surrounding regions.

The Garza family operates RooF 2 RooF, with Johnny (or J.J.) and Maribel at the helm. Having worked for several companies, J.J. recognized the need for better customer advocacy and vowed to always support homeowners. His certification as an insurance adjuster empowers him to negotiate with insurance companies for the benefit of homeowners.

Maribel left her corporate career to collaborate with her husband, focusing on delivering quality products and services to homeowners.
