The owner of Roof 1 Construction is Scott Westra. Being a father of two, he prioritizes family and has been raised in Texas.
He began his venture a decade ago, following five years as VP of operations at a prominent roofing company. While there, he significantly contributed to increasing gross sales from one million to eight million each year. Upon his former boss's retirement, Scott opted to launch his own company to continue his passion.
He actively manages each job, schedules appointments, performs roof inspections, liaises with adjusters, and finalizes deals. Sitting in an office or at home is not his style. He never subcontracts; his crew has been consistent for five years. This strategy enables him to guarantee the workmanship and quality of all projects from inception to completion.

My mother was having issues with a roofer on her home in Houston, and Scott worked with her and got everything taken care of, well done. His team was professional and she was super happy and still is now.
For my home in the Austin area, Scott has come out and checked my roof after Hail here in Cedar Park. Both times he said the roof was good. This past time June 2023 it was not.
Scott worked with us, helped us through the process. This week, he had his crew out, and he was on the roof and around the perimeter himself.
It's a pretty good sized project, but we got high quality, and very good work done. The roof looks excellent, and they did a very, very good job getting the perimeter looking better than when they came, and checking on my neighbors to make sure nothing fell over a fence.
Scott grew up in Houston, and did mine and some of my friends roofs in Austin area and San Antonio. A real Texas Roofing company that provides quality work and follow up.
