Trustworthy, experienced, professional! After 3 quotes ranging from $27k - $52k on our 4000sf project, we met Rick and knew we found our roofer even before his quote of $32.5k came in.
Crew was a well-oiled machine - on time, efficient, respectful of our property and cleaned up daily. The project was perfectly executed and completed. Rick kept us informed throughout, fixed some unexpected surprises along the way, asked us to trust him on the repairs and it came out less than we thought (some might gouge on those extras) We recommend 100%!

When it was time to replace the roof of my 30-year old house, I looked to my neighbors who had replaced their roofs in recent years. Three of them had used Ronstadt Roofing. I became the fourth.

The owner, Rick, responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. He clearly presented my options so I could make informed choices about roof type, color, vents, and wood replacement. He identified problems from the original roof install that needed to be corrected.

The workers were professional, on time, and conscientious about doing a thorough job. I was consistently updated on the progress. When the job was complete, they cleaned up the site so all I had to do was enjoy my fantastic new roof.

First let me apologize to Rick and his crew for the delay in my review, I am so very sorry!

I needed a complete tear off and roof and got 4 estimates, two of which were very close in price. I chose Ronstadt Roofing and have yet to regret any portion of my decision. First of all Rick is very kind and a great listener, he does not forget one concerns or requests. My foremost and biggest concern was my landscape being damaged, the pigmy palms and sagos are very close to the house and the pitch of roof is steep, it was why I put off the roofing as long as I did. In meeting with Rick I expressed my concerns and asked if I buy 2x6 boards can we somehow place them to help protect my plants? His replied let me think on this I will come up with a solution. I trusted he would and he did!
My roof was completed in May of 2018 ( yes I know it's August I'm so sorry) it was on schedule, actually done a day early and is absolutely perfect! Not one little fron on any tree was damaged.
This company is wonderful, the same crew from day 1 tear off to completion!

I was reluctant to write this glowing review because I don't want to share this AMAZING company. If you're looking for a fantastic, reliable, and price-competitive roofer--look no further. I recommend Ronstadt Roofing without hesitation.

We requested quotes from multiple companies and not only did Rick's price quote come in far more competitive than the others, he was willing to work around our schedule (weekends and evenings) in order to minimize the inconvenience that the re-roofing process would cause. He parceled out the project into multiple segments so that not only could we pay for this very large job incrementally, we could also do so in a way that caused the least disruption to our business. Rick was well-versed and informative when it comes to roofing; he listened to our design concerns as well as our needs and desire for energy efficiency and made recommendations appropriately.

Rick's team is amazing! They are courteous and polite, clean and careful, safe and meticulous with their work. They arrived promptly each morning at 6:30 a.m. and cleaned the entire site each day at 4. Their reliability was admirable and made it very easy for us to know exactly what to expect. They protected our stucco siding from falling debris and covered all foliage and surfaces with tarp to make sure the debris made it to the bin instead of scattered across the property. When the debris bin needed to be on the lawn, they made sure to put down protective plyboard to ensure the weight did not leave divots in our grass.

While the cool roofs look BEAUTIFUL (and will save us money on cooling costs this summer), I expected that. What I did not expect was how thorough their cleanup would be. They comb over the lawns, sidewalks, driveways, and planters to make sure that all traces of their work are on the roof and not the ground. This extra detail made me feel very confident that I won't be stepping on nails for months to come.

Roofers are in high demand, and Ronstadt (as far as I am concerned) is the best of the best.

There communication is horrible. My wife emailed signed contract they never received it and never let me know they did not receive it. I notified hero they will be my contractor and even responded to his email about color of roof then he tells me two weeks before job his not making money cause of cost going up from hurricane and wants to renegotiate. We agree on some newer higher numbers and following day that numbers go up again. It's okay lots of roofers out there.

Had their estimator out to put in a bid on a repair project. He (Rick) was timely and knowledgeable. Seemed like a good guy. He told me to give him a week and he'd submit an estimate. One week passes, then two, then three ... no bid provided. I then called twice to simply ask if he was interested in the project. No responses. Was a simple reply really too much to expect?

I think this might be my first time writing a review on Yelp because I'm as a demanding customer as you will find. I'm doing this review because of how impressed I am with Rick and his entire crew and the job they did this morning. Had a couple of bad roof leaks. Not only did Rick move up the schedule about three weeks but sent over a couple of crews to knock it out in a half day. They replaced some tile I didn't even know were broken, made my canal's open so debris won't get damed up, painted some fascia I had replaced and cleaned up the area better then when they arrived. This is how it suppose to happen. Want to Thank Rick and his crew for a fantastic job.

Rick was recommended by my father in law. Due to the rain he was a few weeks out before he could swing by. While I waited I had some other companies either didn't return my call or no call and no show. I'm glad I waited. Rick was very professional and very reasonable for the repair price. Also he was very flexible with working with me due to work schedule. I would recommend him and I plan to use him again.
