Had a leak in my roof when we had all that rain end of November. I had seen on my Neighborhood app prior to this a couple different people who recommended Ronstadt when someone was looking for a roofer so I saved the info in case I needed one eventually. They were so good and did my repair with a price I felt was very fair. I would definitely recommend them for honest and good workmanship. The only negative thing I will say is the amount of time it took for them to finally come out to do my quote was a bit long, however, it was a very busy rain time and I know they had so many repairs ahead of mine. They did make me aware of the wait so I could have called another company but really wanted to use them so I chose to wait and I am glad I did.

After searching and speaking to many companies I am so glad I chose Ronstadt Roofing!! They did an excellent job on my Roof! Very professional, efficient and reasonable. Rick was quick to get a quote to me and was always communicating to me when time was pushed back due to rain. Rick and Kevin took the time to explain in detail what was to be done and made sure everything was done to my expectations....well they exceeded my expectations!! Job was done in 2 days....Vincent and his crew did a fantastic job! Respectful, friendly, on time and made sure I was satisfied! From start to finish, dealing with Ronstadt Roofing was a pleasure.
Rick (owner) came out for our initial meeting. He was here on time!
We discussed my roofing issues in detail. He immediately earned my respect and trust with his knowledgeable and honest recommendations. He generously provided two courses of action with accompanying bids.
While I was considering the options, I had some questions. I emailed Rick and he responded very property with detailed answers. I never felt rushed dealing with Rick and he took whatever time I need to help me make my decision.
I made the decision to have a complete reset of my existing tile roof to alleviate any future problems. After all, the roof was 33 years old.
I emailed Rick and he instructed me on returning the contract. He said he would contact me in the future for a possible start date. His services are in high demand because of his excellent work so the start date was some time out, but that was fine with me because his work is well worth the wait!
The initial date had to be postponed and Rick was excellent with his communication. A new date was chosen and his guys arrived literally an hour and 15 minutes early! Wow!
Throughout the project which took 6 days the crew was courteous, productive, hardworking and efficient. The quality of their work was outstanding and very detail oriented. These guys were roofing my house as if it was their own and it showed!
If I had an occasional request or concern they would accommodate me immediately.
They cleaned up all around the house each and every day. It was a very messy project and the challenges of high winds did not deter them.
As the project approached completion, I had the pleasure of working with Kevin for some of the last details such as city inspections. He was extremely accommodating and very helpful in satisfying all the final details.
Both Rick and Kevin never left me wondering what was happening or what was going on next. They had excellent communication throughout the project and were always available if I had a question or concern.
Kudos to the staff and crew at Ronstadt Roofing! They were awesome and did an outstanding job!

I've used Ronstadt Roofing for many years. And have recommended them to friends. They have repaired a number of leaks on my current house (tile roof) and also on my previous house which had an asphalt shingle roof. They are very professional, do good work and are reasonably priced.

The only downsIde is they are usually pretty busy, especially during the winter, but they do their best to fit you in

I had Ronstadt Roofing out to inspect my roof and carport/back porch. When given the report for what needed to be done, I was pleasantly surprised with the quote and when I had questions, they were answered in a timely manner. The job was done in two days, clean up completed and we are ready for the rainy season! Great company and I would refer them to anybody who needs a roofer.

I wouldn't give it a star if I could but I have to.. so I heard about this company through my neighbors and seeing their work driving by. I really needed my roof done so I called the number listed and got a answering machine.. I left a detailed message and call back numb on July 12th @ 1130am and have not heard from them til this date..sucks but moved on to next company.. thanks anyways...

We used them years ago to roof our home and wanted to give them our business again. I've tried many time to call/leave voicemails and emails but nothing! It's been over a month and I can't get a hold of a single person. Unfortunately we had to take our business elsewhere but it worked out because we found and even better company who gave an estimate quickly and did the work the next day. It's sad that poor customer service caused a good company to lose business, but I guess they dont need the business that bad if they can't return calls!!
