A big shout-out to Jake of Ron's RVService! I had two airco units on the blitz, as well as a long list of other dysfunctional electrical problems. What I was preparing myself for was half a days work, with at least one airco being replaced, whether it needed it or not. Jake showed up promptly at 9:00, and had completed all the repairs in 90 minutes! Including giving some valuable pointers to this first-time RV owner! I'm a fan!

Both electric awnings and the stairwell cover slider were inop.

They diagnosed all the problems quickly and accurately.

I was getting my 5th wheel back in service for a police officer who lost his home in Paradise. This was my first time to use Ron. I called Ron's office to schedule an appointment. Ron was at my house within 2 hours! He look through my entire 5th to make sure everything was working properly. Awesome service and a great guy.

Thanks to the guys from Ron's for coming out and getting our jacks up. We were stuck, the automatic system failed to get them up. They explained everything they were doing to get them up manually and told us what we needed to have done to fix the problem. The parts need to be ordered; for now we can get home and then take care of it.

Why did I drive 75 miles to Ron's RV in Chico CA.
After several disappointing RV center's in Redding CA I needed a respectable RV repair center for my Coachman RV.
Drove in on sked for my appointment and work completed by 1 pm same day.
Not only my Dometic refrigerator fixed but my Onan generator was serviced.
Thanks to Ron's and his Cracker Jack Team.
I will drive to Chico CA again to Ron's RV Service Center.

Totally not sure how to fix a skylight in our 5th wheel bathroom, we found Rons RV and Repair. We were so happy that the part we had purchased to fix it with was the right one and that Rons crew could easily get it installed and the little bit of water damage that was the original problem was an easy fix as well. They got us quickly back on the road and the job looked great when they were done. We are very picky and I have to say we were both very satisfied in how quickly they finished and how good the job was done. The people we dealt with (Paula And Ron) were very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate the courtesy. Thank you. Oh, I almost forgot... they were very helpful about what to do about roof coating and how often we need to do it. Something I definately don't want to overlook! Thanks!
