Ron and his team were beyond amazing! They constantly went above and beyond for us. They were always prompt, did quality work, friendly and very communicative throughout the entire process. Everything was explained in great detail and we were really treated like family VS a paycheck or just another project. Ron's team handled the venting of our crawl space after a water break, the insulation, vapor barrier and all new floors in three bedrooms and the living/dining/kitchen area. The work was beautiful, beyond timely and nicely done with seamless floor transitions from room to room and beautiful trim work. Ron had extra teams come in to finish the project and even clean up so we could be home for Christmas plus he worked with our insurance to get the hotel cost covered after the insurance initially told me they wouldn't cover it. 10/10 recommend!!

subpar work. They were hired by our insurance company. Roof was installed in December 2020. Today is October 11 2021 Insurance company is removing the roof on as we speak. everything had to be redone! Horrible horrible work save yourself do not work with them. Totally unprofessional and unequipped.

Our insurance company hired Ron's Restoration after we had a bathroom leak back in 2015. Initially we were happy with the quick response and the work, but then the carpet they put down started to bunch because it was not pulled tight enough. In 2016 they sent someone to fix that issue. Then our bathroom vanity started to peel and bulge in multiple areas. It is obviously very cheap and not well made because I have never had a problem with any other bathroom vanities. I spoke with Ron, the owner, in Sept. 2017 and he said he would contact the manufacturing company about the faulty vanity and he would get back to me. I never heard back from him. I have emailed Ron twice and left 3 messages with his assistant. Every time, I am told he will call me back, but 9 months later he has never responded to my emails and he has never returned any of my phone calls. Although the owner agreed that this in not normal wear and tear, he has done nothing to correct the problem and continues to avoid my calls and emails. This company is unprofessional and unethical. It is clear that customer service and satisfaction mean nothing to them. I would not advise anyone to use this company.

Ron's Restoration and Services were called out to my home due to a pipe leak. All of my hardwood floors were ruined and my walls were saturated and all of my belongings in the main living areas had to be packed away.

Ron's came out within an hour and walked the entire home taking photos and explaining everything to me as they went along. They were very friendly calming me down and reassuring me everything would be ok. When the rest of the crews showed up, everyone was professional and courteous. I encountered some insurance issues along the way and Ron's handled it all for me as the insurance company was really stressing me out. Ultimately, they did a fantastic job! My floors and walls looked better than before and all of my belongings were put back in place clean and neat. This is a terrific company that does outstanding work! They certainly know what they are doing and provide excellent service to the customer. Cannot praise them enough!!!!!!!

We had Ron's Restoration out to service a flood at our home and they were absolutely wonderful. I'm really surprised to hear anything negative when they were such a great company to work with. Every member of their company was professional, courteous, and punctual. The first day, they walked me through the whole process and made it effortless on my part. I had to have my entire kitchen torn out and replaced and Ron's did it as quickly as they could with minimal down time. They cleaned up at the end of every day and would inform me of what to expect the following day. I have 2 children and they were so respectful and conscious of my demands on what time to come and leave and nap times, etc. My kitchen looked fantastic after they were done. Top quality! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to my family and friends!

Experiencing and agreeing with everything Kristine B. and Heather R. wrote, they have the lowest standard of workmanship and use the poorest quality materials, regardless of what you choose. If the owner's relatives are unavailable, the least expensive subcontractors are use. Every area they worked on in our home is now flawed, some things even broken. Ron's attitude is very much that of a used car salesman. You have his full attention until you sign the contract, and his undivided attention until you check clears.

Beware!!!! The paint was sloppy, front yard was left dirty with scraps, scratches on tile etc. Did not want to follow up. They have poor communication skill and unprofessional to the fullest!!! Did not want to talk about price in the beggining. Ron, the office secretary and another employee were very rude when i tried to contact after the work was done. Probably one of the most difficult companies i have ever gone through. I will never go through this company again. After, i had someone else come and look at the work and they said that it was very lazily done and i agree. Like i said beware of this company.

Buyer beware! The only good thing that can be said about this company was a prompt response time. They are not thorough in their work nor are they interested whatsoever with any follow up work. After a water leak, under which circumstances they were only to provide water removal services, they wanted an immediate contract to repair the damages, without any discussion of rates, materials or scheduling. On top of that, there was a decided conflict of interest as the owner, Ron, was also freelancing as the insurance adjuster.

Mold is a word that strikes fear into any homeowner. In an attempt to prevent any further damage, and I had another contractor look at the home. He was amazed at how little work the ""water removal"" technician had done and quickly found more water that Ron had over looked. The technician was very nice and explained what he was doing. The problem was the lack of equipment provided. There was no thermal imaging which when employed by the second contractor, easily and quickly showed much more water, even after running five water removal fans and dehumidifiers for 24 hours.

Ron was unresponsive when I contacted him about further water damage concerns. On top of that, he was rude. I cannot say enough to not use this company in the future.
