Ron's Mobile Gutters

I had Ron do our gutters several years ago. He did it for a reasonable price and I thought he did a reasonable job. Then the first rain the inside corners (2) leaked and Ron said that was normal.
I recently had a problem with a 20' piece of gutter that had to be replaced, which was not his fault. I called Ron on 08/16/18 and he called me back on 08/31/18 (15 Days later). He said he had a job in Waterford in 2 weeks and would do the job then. I called Ron back on 09/03/18 to ask if he could come out before then and check out the color, so when he came out in two weeks he would have the proper color gutter. RON HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK YET. I HAVE CALLED RON 16 TIMES SINCE THEN WITH NO RESPONSE. I have asked him to show some common courtesy and call me back. Ron has not called me back yet. His work would rate a 3-4 and his common courtesy would rate a MINUS 4.
If you want a job done by a company that will not call you back then you may want to hire Ron. I am sure he owns a Cell Phone and could call me back 50 times during the day, which Ron chooses not to do. I have recommended his company to others after he did my house, but I will not recommend his company to anyone in the future.
I called another man regarding a completely different matter and he called me back within two hours -- He was on vacation in Hawaii. He just called me to tell me to contact another person in the company ---

I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. He does not stand behind his work, he does not return phone calls. I gave him every opportunity to make good on his job at my house and he just blew us off. Be warned! I am only giving him one star because it wouldn't post with no stars.

Is it possible to give a zero? I called for a quote, Ron said no problem that he could come out the following day to give a quote and I didn't need to be there, which I thought was nice that he could come out so quickly. He said he'd call me afterwards. I never received a phone call so the next morning I called him asking where he had put the quote because I could not find it and he said he didn't make it out as one of his guys didn't show up for work so he had to do his work. He said he'd get it done that day and call me afterwards. I never received a phone call and no quote was left for me. I would expect a courtesy phone call if an appointment was made and couldn't be kept? Both times I did not receive a call from him explaining why the no shows. I need my gutters done before I can paint my house. I will not recommend this company nor will I be utilizing them if he does finally show up and give a quote.
