Our roof was installed in 2022 and last week we noticed a leak in our garage. We called them everyday and left messages and as of today, they have not called us back. I put a complaint in to Better Business and still not heard from them. Next I will file a complaint with Florida License (dbpr). This is not a company you want to do business with!

Unfortunately for us we used Ronald Rossi Roofing and have had nothing but issues with the roof after the new roof installation They do not stand behind the work. Promise to come out but do not come out when they promise to do so. run tests when there has not been a rain and say the roof is fine. We have contacted several attorneys but unfortunately never heard back from any. Leaving us to have to go to another roofer to fix the roof or do the repair myself. Voiding the warranty

Absolutely horrible. A business is measured by the work and the service after the work. I have more than 1 leak and need to address what is under warranty. I've been trying to communicate with the business several times by phone and email for over a month with no response. All they have is an answering service that can't really help you, they just take a message. I talked to the owner once who said to email him with as much information as possible so he may research it. Don't use them, they don't stand behind their shoddy job after getting paid of course.

They gave me a quote i had 2 adfitional quotes all pretty close, they we're highly recommended by a neighbor. Decide to use them they came when they said they would they were very clean. It was a pretty big job they were there pretty much every day working and got it done on time. No problems whatsoever. They did what they said they would do very professional. Thank you Rossi

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I can not explain how horrible they have been. They did a terrible job on our roof, and now that we have a leak they are denying the warranty! He claims the roof is fine, yet I have 3 other roofing professionals that provided a quote, all of which say the roof was installed incorrectly and is the cause of the problem. To top it off, since I confronted him he refuses to answer the phone or emails. I repeat- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Took almost half a year to do my roof tile roof, my neighbors roof same size and design took 3-4 weeks completed...... Mine 5+ months never will i ever recommend this company, the owner rides around in biker gear in cut off sleeves shows up to my house in a beat up destroyed Lexus...Promised alot & delivered nothing. Very rude when it was time to pay. i highly recommend that you get another roofer.
