Ron Williams' sent an estimator out on Monday, Jan. 30th to assess the cost of repair damage to our roof due to a tree falling on Dec. 31st. When he came out he told me to expect the estimate by the end of the week. After not receiving it, I contacted them the middle of the following week and then several times after that to find out when the estimate would be ready. I was told they were very busy and they would get it to me in a few days. A few days came and went and no estimate. I made several more calls where all I got was their voice mail and I left messages. I emailed them several times but never received a response. Finally on Friday, Feb. 24th I receive a text message saying, ""Please check your email and/or spam folder for the note I sent shortly after our visit. Long story short, the storms got us so busy that we are unable to assist with your repair needs at this time.""

If they were unable to assist us, why when I called did they tell me the estimate would be ready in a few days. And if they were unable to assist us, why send someone out for an estimate at all. I never received an email from them or a call or any communication after the first several times I called. I also check my spam folder all the time because important emails do sometimes end up there. There was no email sent. Period! They could have called and let me know this instead of waiting a month and then sending a text message. I understand that this was a busy time because of all the damage that had taken place in and around Stockton during these storms, but that does not excuse them from getting back to me in a timely manner letting me know that they were too busy. They had no compassion for the fact that we are dealing with A TREE FALLING ON OUR HOUSE and we were trying to get estimates to get this started as soon as possible! Not very professional, and a complete lack of communication. If this is how their customer service is, it makes wonder about their how well they would communicate when it comes to the actual work.

I see they replied that we do not pay our workers. This is defamation! We had over $60,000 worth of work done last summer (2022) and I have receipts and contracts showing we paid our contractors the agreed upon amount. We ALWAYS pay our workers and have NEVER had an issue with paying for work performed!

We replaced our roof with Ron Williams. With every step of the process they have been professional and dependable. They return your call/email promptly and answer your questions thoroughly. They recommend the product that you need - nothing more. They even advised me to avoid certain products that were not necessary. Ceasar provided our estimate and then completed the job. Ceasar is great! He is very detail oriented. Ceasar kept me informed with each phase of the job. He and his crew did a great job of cleaning up the area at the end of each day. We also worked with Lisa at their office and she is great. She provided us with sample sites we could look at for color matching. She always kept us informed about payments as we went through the process. Most importantly, she answered all our questions every single time we had a second or third thought. I am pleased to give Ron Williams my highest recommendation without reservation.

With more and more companies available because of demand, it is getting harder and harder to find an honest company and tradesman nowadays. I am glad to have requested a second opinion with Ron Williams or else my pocket would've been sucked dry. I want to send my big thanks to Lisa and Ron for being honest and upfront, and also explaining things to me in regards to my roofing quote. Big thanks to Cesar and his team for coming to work their magic hands on making sure my roof is in good condition. I now know who to go to for my future concerns/issues/upkeeps.

I noticed I had tiles on my roof that were starting to slip out of place due to faulty workmanship & no longer had warranty coverage! With the recent atmospheric rivers my roof started leaking. Ron Williams company was recommended to me and I am so grateful. When we were looking to replace our roof we looked at Yelp reviews, asked for recommendations on next door, and spoke to neighbors who had had theirs done. So many recommended Ron Williams. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the moment I called them and spoke to Lisa in the office - who spent an inordinate amount of time providing me with details about their company and process - I knew this was the company I wanted to do the job. They did not disappoint. Their contract spelled out everything that they were going to do and what my obligations were as well. They were always there when they said they would be, responded to all our questions and concerns, and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Our roof job was thorough and complete, including wood rot repair, extra areas of new roofing, and difficult angles to accommodate and it looks wonderful! What more can I say? I would recommend them with no reservations if you are looking for replacement, repair, inspection. They were honest and fair and in this day and age it is wonderful to find such a gem. Their workers seemed happy and positive. They did not rush the work but took their time to do it right. Thank you so much Lisa and Ron and Ceaser, and the rest of the crew! You made it easy for us to see this important work done to our home and relieved the stress this project could have caused us.

Ron Williams company was excellent in their service. After the most recent storm, my mother's home had some roofing shingles fly off ona very deteriorated roof. I'm sure we weren't the only home in the city facing the same issues. Even though they were backed up, this team was able to get an estimator out within a couple days and provide us with a very detailed and competitive estimate (We received 5 quotes within 2 and a half weeks). Once we heard back from our insurance company that they would indeed assist in paying for a portion of the roof where interior damage occurred, Ron Williams team graciously provided us another quote that covered the damaged portion only for Insurance, and then second with the remaining roof repair. Their communication through it all was seamless.

Lisa and the crew were great! Lisa was quick to respond, was patient, and took the time to answer and explain things to me anytime I had questions. The crew was professional and cleaned up everyday before they left. Price was reasonable to have my roof replaced. They did a really nice job on my roof and it looks better than what I had expected.
