When we were looking to replace our roof we looked at Yelp reviews, asked for recommendations on next door, and spoke to neighbors who had had theirs done. So many recommended Ron Williams. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the moment I called them and spoke to Lisa in the office - who spent an inordinate amount of time providing me with details about their company and process - I knew this was the company I wanted to do the job. They did not disappoint. Their contract spelled out everything that they were going to do and what my obligations were as well. They were always there when they said they would be, responded to all our questions and concerns, and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Our roof job was thorough and complete, including wood rot repair, extra areas of new roofing, and difficult angles to accommodate and it looks wonderful! What more can I say? I would recommend them with no reservations if you are looking for replacement, repair, inspection. They were honest and fair and in this day and age it is wonderful to find such a gem. Their workers seemed happy and positive. They did not rush the work but took their time to do it right. Thank you so much Lisa and Ron and Ceaser, and the rest of the crew! You made it easy for us to see this important work done to our home and relieved the stress this project could have caused us.

Ron Williams company was excellent in their service. After the most recent storm, my mother's home had some roofing shingles fly off ona very deteriorated roof. I'm sure we weren't the only home in the city facing the same issues. Even though they were backed up, this team was able to get an estimator out within a couple days and provide us with a very detailed and competitive estimate (We received 5 quotes within 2 and a half weeks). Once we heard back from our insurance company that they would indeed assist in paying for a portion of the roof where interior damage occurred, Ron Williams team graciously provided us another quote that covered the damaged portion only for Insurance, and then second with the remaining roof repair. Their communication through it all was seamless.

Lisa and the crew were great! Lisa was quick to respond, was patient, and took the time to answer and explain things to me anytime I had questions. The crew was professional and cleaned up everyday before they left. Price was reasonable to have my roof replaced. They did a really nice job on my roof and it looks better than what I had expected.

Our home is over 30 years old. They suggested we update some things that Would bring our roof up to current standards. We were quite surprised what a difference it made to add some additional vents.

My tile roof in Lodi had two leaks and I decided to call Ron Williams Certified Roof & Inspection (the company has the C-39 roofing license, bond, liability insurance, workers comp insurance) due to the great reviews on yelp. Cesar (Ron Williams' foreman and main employee with many years experience with both roof repairs and replacements) did a very thorough inspection of my roof that included pulling a number of tiles off the roof to find the source of the leaks and was well worth the cost. After the inspection Cesar explained that the closed valley tile roof was built with the tiles butted up against each other over the metal valley flashing which didn't allow for keeping the flow line of the flashing clean for water to flow freely like it is supposed to. He showed me a photo where dirt had created dams causing water to flow sideways off the flashing and onto the tar paper underlayment. Cesar said that water had eventually found nail holes in the tar paper which was the cause of my leaks. The detailed inspection report that was emailed several days later included photos of the problem areas of the roof and an estimate for the repair costs.
Ron's wife Lisa mans the office and returned my calls promptly and patiently answered all of my questions. Lisa was able to schedule the repair day much sooner than originally anticipated. On the day of the repairs Cesar and crew pulled up the tiles along each valley and cleaned the flashing. They even trimmed the valley tiles back to expose the flashing underneath which now allows me to keep them clean for proper water flow and avoid future leaks. All tile ends on the roof ridges were resealed better than new with a special type of lead tape which will last for many years. The tiles around the chimney flashing were trimmed and adjusted for better water flow and to stop water from running down the side if the chimney. All tiles with broken corners were repaired. The vent pipes and flashing were painted with a color matching the roof to extend the life of the flashing. The quality of all the work was very good.
I felt I paid a very fair price for the work which was done and the leaks have stopped. I will use this company for all future roof maintenance. If you are looking for a good roofing company, this is the one to call.

In the beginning, I had planned to say how impressed I was with the different individuals who are a part of Ron Williams' company. I was going to say how Cesar, the technician, came out and inspected the roof for repair and told us things we had never known about tile roofs. How professional, thorough, and kind he was. How Lisa, my contact, was so very nice and personable. How, even though my description of my problem, over the phone, wasn't the clearest, she was able to play it back in writing. And her playback was much better than what I had given her over the phone. How all of her correspondence and contractual documents were so clear and precise. (I know because I spent most of my 30 year career in contracting). I would have continued by saying how the two gentlemen who came out to repair the roof were professionals and very knowledgeable.

However, I decided not to say any of those things. I will only say, THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST!

Great communication and clean work! I really appreciate the help and Lisa for walking me through every step and keeping me updated. They really worked with me and my schedule. I work alot of hours and do not have time to talk or be home. Lisa stayed in touch with me via emails at all time and provided all of the information I needed. I can highly recommend! Very punctual and professional. The guys came on time and when they left everything was clean. My house was done within the week (5 days max) I really am happy and thankful for their hard work and professionalism. I am a first time home buyer and needing a roof wasnt exactly easy. But! they sure eased the process! I was most static that I was able to chose the color of my roof! haha!
