Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. After contacting Ron over a month ago for a 1/2 day project via thumbtack, he kept postponing it for various reasons. I had to reach out to him every time, only for him to respond saying he would not be available and would need a few more days. All seemed well initially when he had come to the house for the initial consult. Ron knew I had a clear deadline for when I needed the project completed, and I gave him the benefit of doubt when he canceled the first time. Certainly not the next. It was a very frustrating experience as I had to take time off work those days, only for Ron to cancel a few hours prior. I would not recommend him or his company to anyone.

We highly recommend Ron! We were having issues with leaks in our patio room! Ron contacted us, came on time and told us what was wrong, since we're kinda handy, he suggested what we could do ourselves and we're so grateful! We fixed it! No leaks! Didn't charge a penny! We call him Honest Ron! Quite refreshing nowadays!

His crew was super respectful. Debri was cleaned up each night and at the end of the job my yard was the way it was before they started. My roof looks amazing. Ron and his crew did a wonderful job on our roof! They put a whole new roof on and made several necessary repairs to some wood beams. They even color matched the new beams and everything looks great!! I highly recommend them! They were here every day, on time and cleaned up every time three left. Very professional!

I'm sorry to say that, as friendly a guy that Ron Paveloff is, I feel that I was done wrong. He sent his guy to repair my roof, what he called ""A tune-up"", and after the work was done, such as removing and replacing some broken tiles (some of which I already had from another job years before), clean up flashings on the roof and reseal and paint them, supposedly seal all the exposed nail heads and a few other things, after these things were done, his man told me that the underlying tile liner was in very bad condition. He should have told me that when he first noticed, not after the job was done. Ron was quick to come and collect the check and mentioned that he had to make a special trip to come and get it. I didn't feel totally comfortable with the job he did especially after being told the liner was in bad condition after-the-fact. I got another opinion from a couple of other reputable roofers and it looks like I have to have all the tiles removed again to replace the asphalt felt tile liner etc. I feel like I threw my hard-earned money out the window. It was all done for nothing. The other 2 roofers said the flashings were done improperly. I was extremely disappointed in the job done and being told after-the-fact that the liner had to be replaced. I don't think I would be using him again.

After agreeing on a roof job, in Yorba Linda, he never got back to me...although he indicated he would do the job the following week.

I called, sent photos as suggested, texts sent, messages left, but not even the courtesy of a reply.

Ron is a pleasure to do business with! I called him for an estimate to repair a broken tile on my roof and while at my home he discovered a few more tiles that had been broken. Ron was able to do the repair on the spot and he repaired the tiles quickly and with great expertise. He also saw my rain gutter was loose and took it upon himself to fix that too! I took a look after he was done and his work was beautiful. The price for the work was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will call on him if I ever need roof work done again! (No bribe or dinner was included to get this excellent rating!!)
