Excellent, fast service and all the workers were very polite. Got the roof done in a day! The cost was cheaper than competitors too! They even left my gutters on, which others said they would have to remove and I would have to replace!!! Also, put the newest ventilation system on the roof as well... they also referred me to a Wind MIT inspector that was $50 cheaper than others.....

My insurance company dropped a bomb on me that they were gonna drop me in 2 months for my roof was 24 years old. Romano's genuinely cared and took care of it quickly. He even helped me out a little with money, since I had to wait on my tax refund. Can't go wrong with this family owned company, which is a relief in times where good help seems to be diminishing!

Highly Recommend Romano Roofing. honest, prompt and did all that they had promised. It was a pleasure dealing with the. I hope to god I dont need a roofer again but if I do, Romano Brothers will be my choice.

Have hired Romano 4 times in last 10 years. Did have one issue with delays on a metal roof job for a new porch, but it was complicated - through a GC and required custom fabrication. The other 3 direct hire jobs - complete metal roof, soffits and seamless gutters- were all quickly scheduled, completed on time at a competitive price with a nice finished product. I'd hire them again for future work
and would recommend them- especially if you live at the beaches and want to support
a local business.

I was told on 11/2 I would get a call back to schedule in up to 3 weeks. I is now 12/5 and I get a different story. These people are not reliable.

These guys are great! Honest, hard working and good people. As busy as they were in the aftermath of hurricane Irma, they helped clean and lend helping hands in the community with spare time they really didn't have. They work tirelessly are professional and are fantastic. The Jacksonville area is lucky to have businesses like this one.

Do NOT use this business for your roofing repairs!! They came out to repair two areas of my roof which were leaking and they made things worse! Now I have water in my wall and the leaks are not fixed. They will not return calls, will not honor their warranty, and they told me they'd refund my money and it never showed up. Now I am forced to spend a whole lot more money to repair what they messed up, and what they made worse. They don't know what they are doing, very unprofessional and will never return your calls. If they do, they will lie about everything.
