Please be wary of this company. They come to your house with a story about how there is something wrong with your roof and your insurance company will pay to have it fixed. So he has your attention now. The next thing he tells you is that he will be glad to call and talk to the insurance company for you because you probably never have...he will make it easy for you. What he doesn't do is this: he does not give you an estimate...tells you not to worry about it because the insurance will take care of that. Now here are the facts: what he doesn't want you to know is that an insurance company gladly overpays you by several thousand dollars. Insurance companies are notorious for overpaying a claim. Why, you ask? Because they are going to adjust your premiums to cover the work done plus some. They want to pay you as much as they reasonably can so they can raise your premiums as much as they can! Cody knows this and that is why he ""will gladly talk to your insurance company for you"". He will tell you to just endorse the check over to him and that will take care of it for you!!!! Still he hasn't come across with an estimate, statement, or anything to let you know how much you owe them. He will make between 5K and 10K on your work that is in addition to what he would normally be paid. He is a CON MAN!!!!!! Stay as far away from this company as you can!!!!!! No contractor nor handy man doing work for you should be talking to your insurance company...NEVER!!!!!

I would not recommend Roman Roofing to anyone, they are con artists. Cody Oakes is supposedly one of the owners and they installed a roof for me in 2017, I had an issue that I have been attempting to get resolved and they refuse to offer any assistance.

Roman Roofing replaced the roof on my home back in 2017 and did a great job. However, last month June 2018 I noticed a leak in one of our guestrooms -- and after several UNANSWERED calls to their office and directly to the owner (CODY), they have been EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE. The staff of Roman Roofing was great working with initially, so I can't understand why they refuse to call me back to schedule the repair. UNACCEPTABLE.

Roman Roofing just installed an architectural shingle roof on our home and we couldn't be more pleased! It's beautiful & durable! Our project manager, Logan, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable & helpful! The materials arrived the day before our project was to start & the crew arrived on time & had our old roof torn off and the new one installed within a day! I highly recommend them! Roman Roofing came in and explained our roofing problem (Evan) and helped my wife and I to navigate between our insurance company. Evan was patient and answered all of my questions and returned my calls. The work was done professionally and timely. They even referred our interior water damage work to Anthony who did a perfect job that you can not tell was damaged. All members of the team were super responsive and professional at all times. I would recommend Roman Roofing (Evan and Anthony) any time for your roofing repair issues.
