If I could give Eddie and his team 10 stars I would. His crew showed up on time to both build and stain my new fence and the results were incredible. I intend to use this company to build a pergola in my yard next... and the work they did inspired my neighbor to hire them. I highly recommend them!

I paid over 5k for my fence that I originally paid $6,200 to be straightened and stained. The owner of the company told me ""it will look like a new fence when completed."" The back fence still has a significant warp even when it was supposed to be straight. They then start to stain the fence and sprayed stain on the side of my home and windows.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BUYER BEWARE! We found Rollins Fence Company through HomeAdvisor (who no longer shows them as a member) in April 2020. Eddie (the owner) came over, walked our property and assured us his crew was experienced and professional. (We had no idea he actually sub-contracts his jobs out to other companies.) Eddie was never present during installation. (Please see my review of TKO Construction and Contracting who actually installed our fence.) After the installation, we asked Eddie to come over and look at all of the issues. He walked the fence with my husband and agreed several things needed to be re-done including the gate which Eddie himself said looked like Stevie Wonder did it (really??). Despite his assurances, Eddie never came back to make the repairs. We waited four months before posting this review. Eddie also never collected the other half of the payment ($4k) because apparently it is not worth his time to make things right. Now, we have to hire another fence company to fix everything for $8k on top of the $4k we already gave Eddie. These other companies pointed out several problems with our fence: (1) the the posts should be six feet apart (instead of eight) for an eight foot fence; (2) the rails were not correctly spaced causing the bottom of the boards to start turning up (which has already started happening - see picture of the gate); (3) several posts do not have cement; and (4) several posts are missing causing our fence to sway. This does not include the fact that: (5) the cut-out door to the gate is slanted and the pickets are uneven; (6) the fence on our driveway has an obvious slant and is missing a post; (7) the ""kick boards"" were attached unevenly throughout the entire fence (some were not even nailed on all the way); (8) there are gaps between the pickets large enough for me to put my hand through; (9) instead of taking our back fence to the end of our other fence, Eddie's crew used some of our old fence to finish the corner; but worst of all, (10) his crew decided without consulting us, to bring our fence line up at least a foot on the back of our property (85 linear feet).

People who see our fence find it laughable - they can't believe a fence company did this. The problem with contractors not being regulated by the state, is they think they can do whatever they want and get away with it. Eddie did not treat us nor our property with respect. He failed to be on the job with his crew leaving us with shoddy workmanship. We work hard for our money and put our faith in this company. We are still in disbelief by all of the issues we are having. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

We were really satisfied with the wood fence installation! We would highly recommend Rollins Fence Company. For us the commination was key... We had contacted other fence companies and many didn't even respond. Eddie was quick to response and answered any questions we had. The crew was great and even made some last minute changes for us. They finished the project within a day so that was also a plus...We will definitely use them again!!!
