I have known the guys at Roland's roofing for about 3 years. Roland and Bryan are always so good to work with. They are honest and professional. I have known them professionally and personally, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them and their work. I always smile when I drive by and see one of their yard signs. I know they are doing a great roofing job for that person. I wish y'all continued growth and success.

Roland's just put on my new roof and they did a great job. Bryan took care of everything for me and I truly appreciated that. The crew was on time and very professional. I give this crew a true 5 star rating. I would highly recommend Roland's.......

Absolutely the best in customer service! I had the hardest time getting ahold of a few companies but Rolands made it a point to follow up with me on a consistent basis. They replaced my entire roof and the work was done quickly and with great quality. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up the site afterwards perfectly. Would definitely use again for any of my roofing needs!

Roland's Roofing put a new roof on our house after we dealt with 5 other companies after the crazy hail storm of 2016. Bryan came out and gave a clear estimate with a plan laid out and dealt with our not so great home insurance company. Rolands had to reschedule our new roof due to rain but had a full crew the next sunny day and they worked hard. Our roof is gorgeous and it was completed exactly to our expectations. One of the best roofers in San Antonio. Despite the over abundance of work from the recent storms, they came out shortly after calling them. Completely happy with the whole process. Very responsive with their bid and got to my house as quickly as the schedule would allow. The crew was great and cleaned up after each day of work. They even found some rotting boards when they took off the old shingles and got that fixed as well. Went with a completely different color shingle that really changes the look of the house for the better. Want to also thank Roland's for sending out a final inspector who went over the entire roof with me and did not leave until I was completely happy. If you need a roof , this is the company to call

So far, it has not been a great experience. Communication is lacking. Removal of our roof was to start last Tuesday. Crew shows and realize they don't have the proper equipment, so they leave for the day with promise of larger crew and proper equipment to remove the roof in one day. Well, only 3 guys show and removal take 2 full days. End up having to call crew back as roof wasn't sealed properly and we were expecting rain. In addition, the metal guys refused to start work at the end of a week, so further delays. Was told they would start Monday. Had storms early Monday, so we were expecting a call. No contact until we initiated it stating crew would start Tuesday. So, Tuesday comes and no crew and no call. We contact Roland's and they were unaware the crew hadn't shown. Get told they will start Wednesday. Here it is Wednesday, and we are waiting to see if crew will show. Very disappointed withe scheduling and communication. Asked to be contacted by manager to see what is plan to make this right, and no call. Will update if we ever get our roof installed.

UPDATE: The following day after I posted the original review, the general manager and the owner came to our home and apologized. After the crew was done with the roof, the owner personally went over the yard with a magnet to look for any stray nails. The general manager and project manager came back out on Tuesday and inspected the work and fixed the things that weren't quite right. Clearly they care about their reputation and are willing to stand behind their work.

Roland's Roofing came to my home 2 weeks ago to give me an estimate. 2 weeks later, no estimate even after numerous phone calls and an email. Their reviews were good but have to say that if this is how they treat customers, I definitely don't want them to put on my roof.

Overall, Roland's Roofing has completed nearly a dozen jobs for my clients and on my personal property over the years. Whether it was a small leak on a tenants house or a completely new roof that was needed, they have always been responsive, courteous, and fair. I tired using a 'cheaper' out of town roofer only to be met with delays and reasons why they couldn't get out when they said, not to mention a dirty yard with nails everywhere!
I've had them do jobs anywhere from $500-20,000 jobs and have always been greatly satisfied. Roland & Bryan have been the best contractors I've ever worked with and will continue to recommend them to my family, friends, & clients.
