I highly recommend RTR for any repairs or replacement needs you might have. Justin is the most patient individual I know and his attention to detail is superb. It took me over one and a half years to finally get State Farm to agree to replace my roof and Justin recommended a third party arbitrator and followed
up during the long ordeal. And, finally, when SF approved the funding, Justin and his crew were in and out in one day; followed up to ensured the clean up was
competed and scanned the property for nails. RTR's motto is ""prepare to be amazed"" and I am. To this day, if I have a question I can call Justin up and he open to discuss it.

Sitting outside on this beautiful day and was admiring our roof and cool copper chimney cap that Roger did for us almost 2 years ago. He was so easy to work with great communication throughout the process. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him100%.

I needed some minor roof repair and went with Roger the Roofer. This turned out very well. Flash forward about 5 months, we were hit by a severe hail storm. Once it was over and we saw our skylight did not make it, we knew the roof was likely in bad shape.

Thankfully, I knew just who to call and that was Juston with Roger the Roofer. Juston was the project manager or our previous repair job, he did a great job again making the process easy with picking out the right materials and keeping us totally informed the whole way through the process.

When it came to the day of the work, Juston and his crew arrived promptly at 8 am and for right to work. They did awesome work, they are polite and very professional. They cleaned up all construction waste including making sure there were no nails in my yard.

So now we have a better than new roof and it is all thanks to Juston and crew with Roger the roofer

11 out of 10. Yes, they are that awesome!

Don't take just my work for it. Ask any of my many neighbors who went with Roger the Roofer also.

Had a leak that I've had several repairs done on for some reason no one could get it right. Every time it rained very heavy it would leak somehow. Juston and his crew have fixed it for good finally. I waited so long to write this review just to make sure it really was not going to give me problems again. With all these crazy storms I'm convinced it is good. He took pictures of all the before during and after repairs which was nice to see. I wish I had found him 8 years ago when this all started. Sincerely, Juston, thank you for doing a legit job. Keep up this great work! You will be the first I call in the future for roofing needs for sure.

Had what I thought was some roof damage from the storms the other night.

Contacted Roger for an inspection and he was able to come out the next day. After looking everything over, he let me know the only issues I had were a shingle that had blown loose and some of my tabs were also loose in spots. He proceeded to repair the issues right there on the spot, he even took care of a couple of other minor issues he noticed while he was on the roof.

Once he was finished, I asked what I owed him, and he would not allow me to pay him. Said it was just a minor repair.

It is very rare that you come across an honest contractor in any field these days, but especially roofing!

Roger has earned a customer for life!!

Roger and his team were professional and helpful when we were looking to get gutters installed. He gave us a quote and pamphlet with colors to choose from during the initial inspection. It took us a few months to commit to a color, but once we were ready, Roger was responsive and available. He was also transparent about the pricing and work throughout the process. His team did a great job installing the new gutters.

I was very pleased with Roger the Roofer explanation of how the work of replacing my roof from beginning to the end. He is very polite professional and knowledgeable of the business. He took photos of my roof so I was aware of the problem. He was organized and kept me up on every detail. Roger the Roofer made the stress of getting this done easy and he was very trustworthy. I highly recommend this company. Also after the job is completed and they clean up everything they power wash your porch and driveway! Hot to live a company that does great business as well as customer service!
