My career started during 1997 as a helper initially. Following that, I was promoted by my boss to crew leader for a period of three years. Come 2001, I transitioned from hourly work to work as a subcontractor and handling my own projects. Currently, I thank my lucky stars for my current position managing all my projects alongside my crew.
