I entered the industry in 1997 in a support role for one year. Following that, my supervisor promoted me to crew leader for three years. By 2001, I left my hourly position to take on subcontracting jobs and managing my own jobs. Now, I am grateful for my achievements managing all my projects alongside my crew.
