I cannot say though good things about Rodriguez roofing and contracting.

In August 2014, Rodriguez Roofing and General Contracting redid my roof. Everything was great until the recent 35 mile an hour winds during this latest winter storm ripped numerous shingles off my roof along with several,other shingles being loosened. Luckily, I found the paperwork and contract with Rodriguez roofing. I read through the 10 year warranty but notice it said ""warranty will be void if any leaks or damages are caused by .....natural disasters....""
I was pretty sure a 35 mile an hour winds were considered an ""act of God or natural disasters,"" but called the phone number on the contract anyway really expecting to hear that they were out of business. But Gregory Rodriguez immediately picked up the phone at 4:40 PM when I called. (I was expecting a voice message at best.) I explained the situation to Greg that I had hired their company 8 1/2 years ago for a new roof but lost some shingles due to the high winds. I also explained my concerns that more heavy rains and winds were coming within 24 hours. Greg didn't even ask me to forward the contract or my receipt to him at all. He just said in a kind and reassuring voice ""we will take care of it.""

Within 16 hours, his partner and son, Chris Rodriguez, was on my roof, battling high winds and cold, repairing the roof and replacing the shingles while taking extra measures to make sure the shingles were secured and prepared for the next rain storm coming within hours.
Rodriguez Roofing and Contracting didn't charge me a dime! They didn't charge me for labor, gas, nails or even the new shingles that they put on my roof. I cannot tell you how impressed I was. This company didn't have to repair my roof as probably per the contract my damaged shingles were a part of a natural disaster, but Greg didn't hesitate one second before telling me ""we can help you out. ""

When I thanked Greg's son, Chris, for coming out so quickly and repairing my shingles, he told me that they have been in business since 1992. Clearly, Rodriguez Roofing and General Contracting is an amazing family-run company with very kind and professional staff who will bend over backwards for their customers in providing top notch service!
No wonder they have been in business for 31 years!
Thank you so much Greg and Chris of Rodriquez Roofing and General Contracting for going above and beyond!!! I'm definitely going to be contacting you for any future general contracting or roofing needs.

I am working from home and have to have a fairly quiet environment. Greg and his crew showed up and worked diligently carefully and, interestingly enough very quietly! The job they did was incredible. It was perfect! I couldn't be happier. If you need a roof in San Diego, Greg is the one you should call. Darn it! I should have written this a LOOOOONG time ago. Finding an honest roofer with fair pricing is hard to find. In fact it took me years! Then one day my sister told me about some crew she kept seeing in a particular neighborhood (that she consistently house sits in) replacing one roof after another. They were finally right next door and she asked for a card.

Lucky me for me that she passed it along and I quickly made a call. Greg came out when he stated and gave a his bid. I was shocked! He was far more reasonable than some others, prompt and was offering better choices. It took me only a moment to make up my mind. I wasn't going purely on the price, but the list of discerning clients my sister knew he had.

The big day finally arrives. He had a ""sub"" strip the roof and they got to work within a few days. We were going from a shake shingle to composite concrete.

Greg and his crew were timely, respectful, neat and quiet. No loud music blasting. Mo cussing. No beer bottles or cans or even cigarette butts ever existed. I don't even thin anyone smoked. This crew were a group of honest gentlemen. My dog loved them too!

She also loved wanting to be with us. Half way through the project I had left for errand only to return to hear how Greg and his staff saw my dog cruising down the block. They quickly got off the roof and encouraged her to go home. They even found her escape route and created a new barrier to keep in the yard.

We received the best quality in workmanship, customer service and pricing as well as being heroes for our family.

What roofer can be all this? Gregory Rodriguez Roofing! The only roofer I will ever recommend!

I highly recommend this company, Greg was a pleasure to deal with. From tear off to complete replacement his crew was professional, clean and hard working. I obtained 3 bids and Greg came in the lowest. Amazing job!

If you are looking for an honest outstanding roofer at a very reasonable price, you have to use Gregory Rodriguez Roofing! This company is very professional and do an excellent job. The owner Greg is just wonderful and gets back to you right away. I can't rave enough about this company and I would absolutely use them again.

I never would have thought I'd admire a roof so much! Greg and his crew gave us a beautiful new roof that was long overdue. Our shingles were almost bare and now we sleep better knowing all is solid, waterproof and insulated properly (for our harsh San Diego winters!). On time, good at cleaning up the mess and polite as they worked away, I recommend these guys to anyone who needs to get a new roof or just have something checked out and sealed properly. They do great work!
