Looks like these people have been ignoring No Soliciting signs for years. They just did the same to me yesterday (Nov 2024). If they can't respect a homeowner's wishes that they not leave trash on their front door, why would you hire them to do detailed repair work at your home? Surely they have seen the bad reviews they've been left before about this and they continue to do it. I would not give them a single DIME of my money after that.

I had a representative from this company come to my home today who totally ignored my wishes, as the home owner, not to solicit at my home. I have a sign right on the front walk stating as much. I have a rule that any company or person that doesn't care at all what the home owner wants is a company or person I will never do business with. If they don't care about your wishes before you hire them, just so they can make a dollar, then I'm pretty sure they will care even less after they get your money. The arrogance of people like this is amazing to me. I guess integrity is a thing of the past in today's world.

Tried to sell me repairs that were not needed. Only a third were needed. Now won't refund the difference.

The roof and the paint jab was good, the deck is a disaster, not professional at all, and very pricy. The contract said ""remove existing deck, posts and supports, rebuilt all new"". ""Replace all vents, instal new vents"".
They did NOT replace the posts and the supports, they just added on the old once. They did NOT replaced the vents. The finishing of the deck looks very unprofessional, cheep and poor. Instead of screws they used nails for easy job. We couldn't even communicate with them because they only spoke Spanish. Only the boss, Mr. Rodriguez spoke english, who wasn't around most of the time. Just be careful who you hire.

A representative from this company illegally trespassed in our private gated neighborhood to paper it with business fliers. This is a security concern because fliers left on front doors are a flag to passers by (and would-be burglars) that homeowners are away. I do not appreciate the blatant disregard for security gates and no trespassing signage. Further, the website URL they advertise on their material is not functional so I am unable to contact them by email.

Do not buy a new home from this builder. Mr. Carlos Rodriguez refuses to follow through on his contractual obligations. He has constantly made excuses to get out of a task he contractually agreed to do months ago. He rarely answers his only phone number, and most of the time the voice mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message. He does not have an e-mail address and even if you can leave a voicemail or text, he doesn't respond. He does not care about the people who purchase his homes. Do not buy a house from him unless you're prepared for lots of headaches afterwards.
