Actually, I've had Richard (and now his son John) install new roofs on both my Lutz residences.
Ist one was to replace original 23 year old roof to get better insurance rate.
Recent hurricanes damaged my current residence and I only made one call to a roofer---Richard Rodrigues.
Roof was completely finished----tear off to new shingles in a FEW DAYS!!!! This for a huge roof over 5000 feet!
Richard hired extra crew and I had 12-15 workers knocking out job!
After finish and clean up....inspection and wind mit were done with in a week!
John also inspected my rental properties roofs....which had zero damage.
The insurance check came....and Rodrigues Roofing and WAterproofing got paid and all parties delighted! I got to change old red roof to much more modern black roof....and after painting gutters matching black....my home looks like a BRAND NEW 2023 palace; not the old 20 year old abode before reroofing.
